Angelina Jolie has scored a legal victory over Brad Pitt in the Miraval winery lawsuit that has been going on for several years now.

The legal battle began in February 2022 when Brad filed a lawsuit against Angelina, claiming that she sold her shares of their winery Miraval without his permission.

Angelina recently filed court documents claiming that Brad tried to force her to sign an NDA to cover up “years of abuse.” The NDA allegedly would have been enforceable by an $8.5 million holdback to keep her silent.

Now, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Lia Martin has issued a ruling in Angelina‘s favor that will make Brad disclose documents and communications that she alleges will prove that he tried to cover up domestic violence against her and their kids.

Angelina‘s lawyer Paul Murphy has issued a statement in response to the ruling.
