The rapper took home the awards for album of the year for Gnx, best male hip-hop artist, video of the year for “Not Like Us” and best collaboration alongside Sza for “Luther.” Lamar also shared the award for video director of the year with his longtime creative partner Dave Free.

Sza and Chris Brown won best female and male R&b/pop artists, respectively. Doechii also won the award for best female hip-hop artist. During the latter’s acceptance speech, the rapper called out President Donald Trump for the “ruthless attacks that are creating fear and chaos in our communities in the name of law and order” amid protests against unlawful immigration raids in Los Angeles.

Other winners included Leon Thomas for best new artist, Denzel Washington for best actor and Cynthia Erivo for best actress.

Marking the 25th edition of its awards show, BET has announced a new crop of Ultimate Icons for 2025.

Airing live June 9, 2025 at 8pm Et/Pt, the BET Awards will honor Snoop Dogg, Mariah Carey, Jamie Foxx and Kirk Franklin with the Ultimate Icon Award, celebrating their ongoing contributions to music, entertainment, advocacy and community impact.

Previous recipients of the Ultimate Icon Award include Janet Jackson, Deborah L. Lee and Tyler Perry.

Hosted by Kevin Hart, the awards show will also feature performances from Snoop, Carey and Franklin. Previously announced performers include Lil Wayne, Teyana Taylor, Playboi Carti and Leon Thomas.

Nico did not think they could win the case, and he believed it would be wise to choose a mistrial, but Tommy disagreed. Rusty felt confident upon seeing the prosecution’s eagerness to opt for a mistrial, so he decided to continue. Mya Winslow was stunned when Rusty announced he would fill in for Raymond.

After an impressive opening statement, Tommy Molto brings Dr. Herbert Kumagai to the witness stand in episode 6 of Presumed Innocent. Kumagai’s bitter relationship with Rusty Sabich influenced his statement to an extent. After examining the victim’s body, he came to the conclusion that she might have known the killer, and the attack was sudden and shocking for her. The most important part of his testimonial was that traces of Rusty’s skin were found under Carolyn’s nails. She was pregnant with Rusty’s child, he was at her place on the night of the murder, and his DNA was found on the victim, Tommy Molto believed this was enough to convince the jury, and subconsciously, he had started to feel a little overconfident. But a small mistake would make him humble all over again.

Fearing the safety of his family, Rusty attacked Brian Ratzer when he was at his doorstep at the very end of the previous episode. The incident scarred Barbara, Kyle, and Jaden, and they were worried that the police would take action against Rusty. Just a couple of days before the court hearing, Rusty had risked being labeled a short-tempered violent man, but thankfully Ratzer had too much to lose, and he chose not to file a complaint. Raymond Horgan had taken up the case for the sake of his friendship with Rusty and also for his own pride, but in episode 5 of Presumed Innocent, it was evident that the pressure weighed him down. It was not just about proving the lack of evidence in court but also keeping Rusty in check, and Horgan was clearly struggling to do the latter. After Episode 4, titled The Burden, Apple TV+'s Presumed Innocent is halfway through its eight-episode run.

The murder trial, presumably dominating the second half of the limited series, has not even begun.

Therefore, Episode 4 does much of what previous episodes have done: Going back and forth on how guilty Rusty looks while occasionally introducing the possibility of other suspects, who often resemble red herrings.

Episode 4 begins with Rusty and Barbara confronting their son, Kyle, after the last episode's revelation that there was a picture of him on his bike near Carolyn's home on the night of the murder.

Rusty then has a flashback to when Rusty and Carolyn were working on the murder of Bunny Davis, a woman who was murdered in a strikingly similar manner to the way Carolyn would herself be killed.

He was shocked to know the photographs had images of his son Kyle on his bike around Carolyn’s home. This could land his son in trouble, as the boy could soon become the prime suspect in the case.

Presumed Innocent is Apple TV+’s latest series and a must-watch for legal drama fans. Created by Big Little Lies and Boston Legal‘s David E. Kelley, Presumed Innocent is based on a 1987 novel of the same name by Scott Turow; the book was adapted in 1990 with a film of the same name directed by Alan J. Pakula from a screenplay co-written by Frank Pierson and J. Pakula with Harrison Ford playing the leading man Rozat K. “Rusty” Sabich.

It’s hard to forget the emotional moment from Season 15 between Justin Hall and his dog, Mya.

However, we’re excited to announce that there’s a happy ending to the story.

Justin had Married at First Sight fans excited when he shared a recent post of Mya, who is finally back home after a lengthy period of behavioral training.

Things took an unfortunate turn when Justin married fellow dog owner Alexis Williams and they attempted an introduction between the two pets.

That resulted in Alexis’s dog, Newton, being attacked by Mya, who had shown aggression and other issues in the past – something Justin neglected to share.

Ultimately, Alexis clarified that she was uncomfortable around Mya and insisted that Justin remove her from the home.

In the preview, which you can watch above, Ariana Madix breaks down in tears, telling her ex, Tom Sandoval, “I just want you away from me.”

During the two-minute trailer, Madix is also seen getting consoled by her friend and business partner, Katie Maloney, as things seemingly get tense.

Maloney is also confronted by her ex-husband’s ex, Jo Wenberg, who accuses her of ganging up on her.

First to go was Lovebird, whose rendition of “All That You Are” by Goo Goo Dolls put him in last place. Next on the chopping block was Koala, a new wildcard who sang “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” by Tears for Fears. The cuddly creature was revealed to be NFL Hall of Fame player DeMarcus Ware.
