Marta Walraven (Radha Mitchell) is a stay-at-home mom just north of San Francisco and seems to have an idyllic life. She's devoted to her husband Evan and their three children; Natalie (Erin Moriarty), Gabriel (Sterling Beaumon), and Boris (Jakob Salvati). Behind this perfect façade however, is a more complicated story. Evan supports the family by exporting marijuana.

Marta is no stranger to the world of organized crime. Her father, Andrei Petrov (Rade Serbedzija), and his loyal bodyguard, Luther (Luke Goss), are Bratva -- Russian gangsters...

On Sunday, March 3, ABC premieres "Red Widow," executive produced and written by Melissa Rosenberg ("Dexter," the "Twilight" films) and adapted from the Dutch series "Penoza."

Radha Mitchell stars as Marta Walraven, a stay-at-home mom in Marin County, just north of San Francisco. She loves her three children, her husband, Evan (Anson Mount, "Hell on Wheels"), and the life he has built for them. But there's a rub -- this domestic bliss comes from what Marta believes is Evan's illegal trade in marijuana.

Chicago – While the broadcast networks midseason continues to set records for overall incompetence and ABC’s “Zero Hour” appears to be the latest casualty (as it was pulled from this week schedule in advance of a likely cancellation), the newest attempt to revive flatlining numbers comes in the form of ABC’s “Red Widow.” This new thriller has a great cast and strong production values but no reason to expect that it will turn this season around.
