Claude Pignot was born on 2 May 1923 in Rouen, Seine-Maritime, France. Claude was a production designer and set decorator, known for The Young Girls of Rochefort (1967), L'homme au cerveau greffé (1972) and Stolen Kisses (1968). Claude died on 1 November 2014 in Alençon, Orne, France.
