Alenka Rancic was born on 17 February 1935 in Knin, Croatia, Yugoslavia. She was an actress and writer, known for Suncokreti (1988), The Ambush (1969) and Decak i violina (1975). She was married to Jovan Rancic. She died on 26 January 2005 in Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro.
