(2003) Bill and his wife, public television producer Georgette Reilly Timoney, wrote and produced "KidSmartz," a DVD program that helps parents talk with their children about abduction prevention and other safety issues. The program, hosted by actor Bryan Cranston, benefits the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Has a special interest in Irish Theatre, particularly the works of Listowel playwright John B. Keane. He appeared in the Keane plays The Year of the Hiker and Many Young Men of Twenty (both starring Keane vet James N. Healy) for the Irish-American Cultural Institute. He's also acted in stage productions at the Irish Arts Center in New York City, and with the Celtic Theatre Company of New Jersey.

(2007 - 2011) adapted scripts for the English language-dubbed versions of scores of TV series from Turkey's Samanyolu network, including the political thriller "Cold February," the police procedural "Cover Me," the drama "The Fifth Dimension," the travel series "World of Mystery," and the religious anthology series "Final Glance."

(December 6, 2018 - June 2019) performed in the Broadway stage play: Network - playing the TV news director, at Belasco Theater, New York, NY. Also understudied lead actor Bryan Cranston in the role of TV newsman Howard "mad as Hell" Beale.
