Simone Anderson has been documenting her health and weight-loss journey on social media for years, and now — in light of her commitment to transparency — she is revealing that she had fillers put in her face.

“I don’t think anything’s wrong with wanting to enhance our looks,” the makeup artist, 25, tells People. “I know friends that have had it done but don’t talk about it because they’re ashamed. I think the more openly we talk about that sort of thing, the more it’s not going to be a big deal.”

Celebrities like Khloé Kardashian and Molly Sims have sworn by cryolipolysis – a noninvasive procedure that uses extremely cold temperatures to reduce fat – to sculpt their bodies without going under the knife. But the popular technique, often referred to by one brand — CoolSculpting — may actually cause new fat growth in rare cases.

According to a study published in Jama, fat freezing procedures may lead to paradoxical adipose hyperplasia, an enlargement of the treatment area. This effect was rarely reported, and the study concluded that the incidence was only 0.0051 percent.

Things got positively nasty on last night’s Top Chef, and I’m not just talking about the lying, strategizing, and former foes showing up.

The actress showed off her new assets while at Coachella over the weekend, but Pratt wasn’t impressed.
