By the end of his film studies, Josée Roberge is dedicated to the 7th art with passion. Alternately Director and Producer, Josée has worked for over 25 years both in TV and cinema, juggling between advertising success (winner of "Best TV Campaign at the New York Television Festival"), fiction (The Left half of the fridge - Philippe Falardeau) winner of a Genie Award and the City TV TIFF and documentary (Tea at the Embassy nominated for Gemini Award for best documentary, The White Planet, nominated for the Genie Awards Canada and Sled Dogs Soldiers, recipient of a Gemini Award). Meanwhile, Josée dedicated mentoring for several years as head of Film Producers profile to the INIS. In 2012, she was appointed member of the VIP Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in film production. Recently, Josée has produced with Ideacom the documentary À fleur de peau, Methane: dream or nightmare? and the prestigious documentary series Apocalypse the 1st World War (Isabelle Clarke and Daniel Costelle), winner of two Canadian Screen Awards in February 2015 and five Gemeaux Awards in last September.
In 2014, Josée Roberge founded the company FAMILY BUSINESS FILMS to develop and produce author's Feature films and Documentaries for a wide audience. Apocalypse Motel, The Barber, Making Of, L'Alliance and Great Expectations are currently in development.
