Exclusive: The Trailer Park Boys rumors are true – Canada’s favorite petty criminals are back with a new season.
We can reveal shooting on the 13th season of Canadian mockumentary Trailer Park Boys has wrapped in Nova Scotia.
This confirms speculation that’s run across this year after star and Tpb co-owner Mike Smith said the show was returning while in character during a social media appearance earlier this year. There hasn’t been a new season of the show – which Barry Dunn, Robb Wells, John Paul Tremblay and Mike Clattenburg originally created and launched in 2001 – since March 2018.
Set in the fictional Sunnyvale Trailer Park in Nova Scotia, the show follows the misadventures of a group of residents, focusing on the lives of Ricky (Wells), Julian (Tremblay) and Bubbles (Smith).
The trio are returning for Season 13, with each of them providing us with a quote for this item. “Feels like it’s been awhile,...

The Trailer Park Boys actor stars alongside Corey Haim in this mystery-thriller from director Michael Masucci, available on DVD and Blu-ray now
Canadian actor Bernard Robichaud first made his mark on pop culture history by portraying the gun wielding maniac Cyrus on both the Trailer Park Boys TV show and its two spin-off movies. Now, Bernard can be seen acting opposite the late Corey Haim, who makes his final bow as a leading man in director Michael Masucci's thrilling mystery American Sunset. The movie serves as a great send-off for the beloved Haim, and a showcase for Robichaud, who turns in a damn fine dual performance as a Bounty Hunter/Lawyer.
We recently caught up with Bernard Robichaud, who is now touring Canada under the guise of a drug dealing thug not unlike the Trailer Park Boys' Cyrus, for a one-man comedy showcase. After begging him to bring this stage show to America,...

Michael Masucci takes us behind-the-scenes of Corey Haim's last film, available on Blu-ray and DVD now
It has been one year since the death of beloved actor and former teen idol Corey Haim. In remembering the star of such classic films as The Lost Boys and Lucas, Global Universal has released American Sunset on Blu-ray and DVD. This murder mystery from director Michael Masucci features Corey Haim in his last starring role. We're huge fans of Corey, and having recently seen the film, we can tell you in all honesty that it's a great sendoff for Haim. It's a movie he would have been proud of, and it reestablishes the once troubled reality show celebrity as a great actor worthy of his former fame.
Corey Haim goes toe-to-toe with Frank Molina for a great deal of American Sunset's runtime, in a story about a young man desperately searching for his missing wife.

I recently had the opportunity to interview Michael Masucci, the CEO of Secret Shadows Productions Inc. and director of American Sunset. Masucci has worked in every facet of the filmmaking process, both behind and in front of the camera. He studied at Lee Strasberg Theater institute before turning his attention to Writing and Directing. Masucci was born and raised in upstate New York. Keep reading to learn more about Masucci's transition from stage to screen and what it was like working with the late Corey Haim on American Sunset.
What was it like making the transition from theater to the big screen?
As an actor, it was a transition at first because film is very different than theater. Film is so much more technical and you shoot out of sequence, and sometimes standing next to a piece of equipment which doesn’t belong there, or you can’t move because...

We awoke to the sad news this morning that 80s teen idol and actor Corey Haim had passed away due to an alleged prescription drug overdose while battling the flu. Haim had been a longtime friend of the site and we are all huge fans of his work here at MovieWeb. Late last summer, we got the opportunity to talk with Corey about his lastest completed project American Sunset, which is set to be released sometime this year. In the film, Haim stars as Tom Marlow, a man desperately searching for his kidnapped wife. We were holding onto this video until closer to release, but in remembering the actor's long career, we though we would share it with you today:
American Sunset is a story about love and sacrifice. It's an edge-of-your-seat shocking thriller about how one ordinary man traveled to hell and back to save his wife. Directed by...
