I'm a sucker for horror films like this, so I'll be checking it out when it's released. I just hope it turns out to be good. This trailer isn't as crazy as some of the previous trailers that have been released.

Darren Lynn Bousman's '11-11-11' does sound like it'll be devishly good fun. We're all kicking our heel still till it arrives but that does mean we're still likely to see a few assets floating around to help entice bums on seats for when it opens theatrically this coming November. Darren Lynn Bousman (he directed Saw II, Saw III, Saw IV, Repo! The Genetic Opera, and the as-yet-unreleased Mother's Day) is all religious.

I didn't know that. I have kind-of been ignoring synopses of the movie, and today the latest trailer, posted by Bousman himself, is online. So, this movie, based on the trailer, is about a hot guy who visits Spain where his father is dying. I think. Them, there's a gorgeous woman with a British-y accent who helps him through a series of nightmarish visions, and a cute priest who tells him, "yes, I believe in the Devil," and a series of repetitive numbers (11,11,11...) that keep occurring.

While the first two [1] teaser trailers [2] for Darren Lynn Bousman's upcoming thriller 11-11-11 focused on the scares, this new trailer highlights the story. That story is about an author (played by Timothy Gibbs) who heads to Barcelona to reunite with his family after a tragic event. Once there, he begins to fully explore how the number "11" is consistently a piece of events in his life. Seeking council within the church, he finds out that, if someone is trying to tell him something, it's not a good thing. Oh, and look at the calendar. Guess what date tomorrow is? The movie's got all the right ingredients for a jacked up film that will screw with the heads of the audience. 11-11-11 definitely isn't for everyone, but I'm a sucker for these kinds of films, and it looks like something I'll enjoy.

A new teaser trailer for writer-director Darren Bousman's (Saw II, III & IV) latest horror thriller, 11-11-11, is now online.
