Ernst Rotmund was born on 26 November 1886 in Thorn, West Prussia, Germany [now Torun, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Poland]. He was an actor, known for Der Richter von Zalamea (1920), The Hound of the Baskervilles (1937) and Irrende Seelen (1921). He died on 2 March 1955 in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
