We're deep into the first season of Murderbot on Apple TV+, and the hits keep coming. In the fifth episode of the series, our reluctantly heroic SecUnit played by Alexander Skarsgård was brought back from the brink by the Preservation Alliance team after it sacrificed itself to save them from a rogue SecUnit at the ruined DeltFall habitat. This led to some frank conversations where Murderbot's biggest secret finally came out. But by the time the credits rolled, it was once more in a dire situation as the emergency beacon it was flying toward with Doctor Mensah (Noma Dumezweni) exploded, causing their shuttle to crash. Can't a Murderbot catch a break?

The show is excelling at these sorts of quick, catchy cliffhangers. Thank goodness we've still got five more episodes of the series left to go.

The third part of Final Fantasy 7 Remake is the perfect starting point for players to head to first. FF7 Rebirth contains most of the content from the first disc of the original PlayStation release. However, a few important towns were omitted. Some were optional in the original Final Fantasy 7, but a key main story area is completely absent. This location is Rocket Town, the home of Cid Highwind, where some major events occur.

Because Rocket Town was originally visited before the City of the Ancients, some elements will have to change. Cid already knows that Rude shouldn’t be trusted, having witnessed Cloud fight him and the other Turks. Any specific interactions with Aerith might be removed, though Cloud could still imagine them after the new final boss and the ending of FF7 Rebirth. On the plus side, Yuffie and Vincent could directly integrate more with Rocket Town,...

Final Fantasy 7 Remake has shown that it's not afraid of making changes to the original content, and that means we might get to experience a different ending. Of course, we still have a good chunk of the journey left to go before we reach the final battle in part 3. Because of that, we might finally see the realization of at least one interaction that I've been expecting to see for 27 years.
