Sandman is a character who's had some heroic ups and villainous downs, as a founding member of the Secret Six while also serving at one time as one of the Sinister Six too. But hero or villain or even anti-hero, it turns out he's more powerful than supposed. In fact, he's already well on his way on the road to godhood.

Paul Ryan, the former speaker of the House of Representatives, said former President Donald Trump is an “authoritarian narcissist.”

“Trump’s not a conservative,” the former speaker told a virtual event hosted by the consulting firm Teneo. “He’s a populist, authoritarian narcissist. So, historically speaking, all of his tendencies are basically where narcissism takes him, which is whatever makes him popular, makes him feel good at any given moment.”

“He thinks in an authoritarian way, and he’s been able to get a big chunk of the Republican base to follow him because he’s the culture warrior,” he continued.

Ryan’s latest comments about Trump are now part of a series of occasions in which he spoke out against him.

In addition to calling Trump out, Ryan praised former Reps. Liz Cheney (R-Wyoming) and Adam Kinzinger (R-Illinois) for opposing Trump, thereby costing them their political careers.

The sudden ouster of Tucker Carlson from his primetime perch at Fox News is drawing a flood of concern and complaint from Maga world and other conservative voices, both mainstream and extreme.

Former president Donald Trump said he was “shocked” and that Carlson was “a very good person, a very good man and very talented” in reaction to Monday’s news. He added, “I don’t know if it was voluntary or was it somebody fired, but I think Tucker has been terrific. Especially over the last year or so he’s terrific to me.

Ever since first rebranding himself as Nightwing, Dick Grayson has strived hard to pull himself out of Batman's shadow. More specifically, he's strived hard to be like anyone except Batman. It's nothing personal against Bruce Wayne himself, though, as history has shown that Batman doesn't want Nightwing - or any of his wards, for that matter - to actually be like him.

Rather than harbor the same dark attitude about and towards the world as Batman does, Nightwing works hard to be more of a well-adjusted hero. In theory, to deter from Batman's path, Nightwing would be expected by readers to carve one out for himself. Calling him the “utmost journalist,” Fox Business host Trish Regan upheld Cavuto’s honor Thursday night: “He is a fair person, a fair guy, and a good man, so I’m disappointed that the president said those things because Neil Cavuto is one guy who just doesn’t deserve it.”

In the middle of a rant during a rally in Colorado Springs on Thursday, President Trump, for some reason, took a detour into the movie business in order to complain that the South Korean satire “Parasite” won the Oscar for Best Picture instead of an American film.

Also, for some reason, he called the award “best movie of the year” and appeared to suggest that Oscar voting is a matter of national trade policy.

“And the winner is a movie from South Korea,” said Trump. “What the hell was that all about? We got enough problems with South Korea with trade. Robert Conrad took stunt gigs with lines to pick up two checks, and was a singer who hit billboard.

Robert Conrad, best known for his roles in the television series Hawaiian Eye, The Wild Wild West and Baa Baa Black Sheep, died of heart failure in Malibu, Calif., on Feb. 8, according to Variety. He was 84.

“He lived a wonderfully long life and while the family is saddened by his passing, he will live forever in their hearts,” family spokesperson Jeff Ballard said in a statement. The family will hold a small private service on March 1, which would have been Conrad's 85th birthday.

Conrad Robert Falk was born on March 1, 1935, in Chicago, Al Capone's old stomping grounds. According to a 2008 interview with Tony Medley, One on One with Robert Conrad, Conrad said his "best friend. Fox wants viewers wary of its new slimmed-down version to know that it will be just fine after shedding most of its film and TV assets to Disney, which became official Wednesday.

In a new promo that aired Wednesday night, Fox Entertainment — the programming unit of what is now known as “Fox Corporation” — ran through the list of shows, including “9-1-1,” “Empire” and “The Simpsons,” that still air on the Fox broadcasting network, even if their studio is now owned by Disney.

On Wednesday, Disney finalized its $71.3 billion purchase of 21st Century Fox’s film and TV assets.

After the sale, the remaining assets, a portfolio of news, sports and broadcast businesses, were formed into a new company called Fox Corporation. These include Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network, Fox Broadcasting Company, Fox Sports and its local TV stations.

“New” Fox began trading shares as a standalone company on Tuesday when the markets opened. And then its stock prices immediately began to decline.

Class A shares (Foxa) opened on the Nasdaq at $41.59 apiece, Class B (Fox) opened at $41 flat. In the first 15 minutes of trading, both classes dropped more than $1 per share. Within a half-hour, both Class A and B had slipped (a rounded) 4 percent.

The company will maintain the ticker symbols Foxa and Fox for its Class A and Class B common shares, respectively, and will trade on the Nasdaq. Holders of Fox Corp. have received 620.5 million shares from 21st Century Fox as part of the $71.3 billion Disney transaction. A portion of each share of 21st Century Fox common stock held at the time of the distribution was exchanged for one-third of one share of common stock of the same class, and holders will receive cash in lieu of any fractional shares.

I’m glad Amira has finally gotten the message, given up on Syed and left town. Given that Syed cheated on her for over a year with Christian, ended their marriage to be with Christian and wanted nothing more than to be with Christian after Christian dumped him late last year, it’s pretty clear that he’s just not that into her. I just hope she doesn’t give him a hard time about finally getting a divorce and lets him see his daughter regularly without a hassle. Her character has worn out her welcome, and it’s time to move on. I will miss scenes of Christian and Amira being bitchy to each other though. That was always fun to watch.

As for Zainab finally confessing that she purposefully sent Yusef to his death, which led to Tamwar being seriously burned, it was a moment long in coming.

Not much to say here, other than I thought the scenes of a drugged out Chris revealing his innermost thoughts to be cute and funny. We don’t get to see Chris in comedic moments very often, but James Mason handled it well. I thought it was interesting how Chris prattled on about how much he liked Aiden, clearly a setup for their forthcoming romance. I’m not sure if Chris and Aiden have much chemistry, but then again, it hasn’t had a chance to develop yet. I guess we’ll see as the story moves forward.
