Amanda Seyfried is opening up about where she lives now.

After moving away from Los Angeles to New York City, she eventually landed in a farm in Upstate New York, where she now lives with her husband Thomas Sadoski and two children.

And in an interview with Forbes, she explained that decision.

“I moved upstate long before I had a family. Staying here was the best decision for privacy, peace and nature. It offers a more balanced life than the city does,” she explained, adding that it is “essential for my mental health.”

FX is diving into the brutal and complex story of Aaron Hernandez with the first trailer for “American Sports Story.” The limited series will premiere on FX on Sept. 17 and will be available to stream on Hulu.

“American Sports Story: Aaron Hernandez” finally has a premiere date. The 10-episode limited series will debut on Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 10/9c on FX with two episodes, the network announced Wednesday at the Television Critics Association summer press tour. The thriller starring Jeff Bridges and John Lithgow will begin its second season on Sept. 12, about 26 months after season one concluded in July 2022. What restricts and ultimately fells “The Crowded Room” isn’t just one poor decision. Far too long and visually repetitive, the 10-episode limited series starring Tom Holland and Amanda Seyfried doesn’t have the dramatic heft needed to justify its length, nor is its narrative crafted carefully enough to build proper momentum. Holland’s lead performance is solid, though irreparably hampered by the story’s structure, and Seyfried’s is a tad sharper, though that could be because she’s able to do more with less. Its message — which I can’t even get into for reasons I’ll divulge shortly — is significant and stirring, which makes you wish how it’s conveyed was that much stronger.

AppleTV has launched the trailer for the Tom Holland-led limited series ‘The Crowded Room.’

The series follows Danny Sullivan (Tom Holland), a man who is arrested following his involvement in a shooting in New York City in 1979. A captivating thriller told through a series of interviews with curious interrogator Rya Goodwin (Amanda Seyfried), Danny’s life story unfolds, revealing elements of the mysterious past that shaped him, and the twists and turns that will lead him to a life-altering revelation.

Amanda Seyfried, Emmy Rossum, Sasha Lane, Will Chase, Lior Raz, Laila Robins and Henry Eikenberry also star, whilst Jason Isaacs, Christopher Abbott, Thomas Sadoski and Zachary Golinger are guest stars.

Tom Holland (Spider-Man: No Way Home) doesn’t look dangerous in the first trailer for Apple TV+’s The Crowded Room, but is his youthful, innocent-looking face just a disguise? That appears to be what Amanda Seyfried’s attempting to figure out in the intense first look at the 10-episode series.

Emmy Rossum, Sasha Lane, Will Chase, and Lior Raz also star. Jason Isaacs, Christopher Abbott, Thomas Sadoski, and Zachary Golinger guest star.

Oscar winner Akiva Goldsman created the series and executive produces along with Holland, Emjag Productions’ Alexandra Milchan, and New Regency’s Arnon Milchan, Yariv Milchan, and Michael Schaefer. Kornel Mundruczo directed the pilot (and additional episodes) and also serves as an executive producer.

The series will premiere on Apple TV+ on Friday, June 9, 2023 with the release of the first three episodes. New episodes will follow on Fridays.

Is it just me or this room feeling a little ... crowded? Thankfully, that's not a line of dialogue ever spoken in the trailer for this upcoming Apple TV+ series, but it certainly could apply to the long-winded development of this project.
