Chucho Salinas was born on 11 February 1928 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico. He was an actor and writer, known for The Wrestling Women vs. the Aztec Mummy (1964), México 2000 (1983) and Neutron vs. the Maniac (1964). He was married to Myrna Cynthia Guerra Guerrero. He died on 8 November 2001 in Trancosco, Zacatecas, Mexico.
