He was
Brendan Fraser's stunt double for the lion attack sequence in Disney's
George of the Jungle (1997) featuring his two trained male African lions,
Joseph and
Caleb. Joseph circles parallel to Fraser, charging towards the camera and leaps on the camera. The camera would switch to Caleb pouncing onto Sammut knocking him down. Sammut flips Caleb over on his back and jumps off him. The camera temporarily switches to Fraser interacting with a stuffed life-size male African lion (courtesy of Dream Quest Images and Jim Henson's Creature Shop). This scene ends with Fraser quickly escorting Joseph back into the jungle.
