Scott Schaffer
Scott Shaffer started in the film business in 1982 in New York. then found his passion and attention drawn to the service arena by providing an "A" class craft service completely capable of servicing any size feature film.

In 1992 Shaffer was offered the opportunity to work with Michael Jackson on both the "Dangerous" and "History" World Tours and worked in such countries as: France, UK, Germany, Romania, Switzerland, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Tunisia, Brunei, Norway, Brazil, Portugal, Cape town-South Africa, Japan, and many more areas throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America. Shaffer then rose quickly within the ranks of the M.J.J. Organization and became the Special Projects Coordinator. These duties included organizing Air, Hotel and all travel arrangements for a very large entourage from city to city and country to country. Working hand in hand with security from a variety of sources to organize all trips, visits to hospitals, charity events, meetings with world leaders and all press related events. Shaffer also handled such projects that involved coordinating with Sega, Sony, and private financiers on special projects originated by Michael Jackson. This was just the tip of the surface of the many duties Shaffer performed at the personal behest of Michael Jackson.

In 1998, after 7 wonderful years Scott Shaffer and Michael Jackson parted ways amicably because Shaffer felt it was time to move back to his first love, working on feature films. It was then that Shaffer returned to his roots in New York and began exploring his next venue of enterprise and thus was born Turn-Key Productions. Realizing the rapidly changing landscape of advertising due to the greater dollars being increasingly invested and with the invention of the DVR (Digital Video Recorder), the creative and the creative advertising gap closed ever more. Infusion of commercial interests with the high profile of feature films needed to be reinvented and Shaffer felt he had the idea to make it work. Aggressive pursuit of all manner of product reaped Shaffer an impressive list of Manufacturing and Advertising partners whose ideas and desires Shaffer was able to match their offers to films in pre-production that would be delighted for the products to enhance their own production goals.
