The actor, 29, and model, 28, have been together for a year and a half.
Huston portrays Richard Harrow on the Emmy-winning HBO hit Boardwalk Empire, and also had a role in Twilight: Eclipse as Royce King II.
Click, the former face of Guess? and a runway and print model, has walked in the last four Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows.
