This article contains spoilers for the One Piece manga.
The hit animanga franchise One Piece boasts a truly vast cast of characters, who come in all shapes and sizes. Protagonist Monkey D. Luffy meets an incredible variety of people during his adventures on the high seas, from lovable rogues and ruffians to downright despicable criminals and bullies. Some villains redeemed themselves, such as Mr. 2 Bon Clay, and some are liked despite their villainy because they're cool, such as Crocodile and Kaido.
However, there are still plenty of One Piece characters who fans intensely dislike, and it's clear that author Eiichiro Oda never meant for those characters to be sympathetic or likable to begin with. The most disliked One Piece characters are often obnoxious villains or bullies who commit outrageous atrocities and have horrible personalities, or both.

This review contains mild spoilers for Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 - The Conflict, Episode 8, "Baby Hold Your Hand."
There was considerable hype for this week's episode of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, and for good reason. Not only was the episode going to adapt Captain Mayuri Kurotsuchi's much-anticipated duel against the Schutzstaffel's most mysterious member, Pernida Parnkgjas, but it was Bleach's 400th anime episode. Needless to say, expectations were high for the franchise's historic moment. For the most part, "Baby, Hold Your Hand" lived up to the hype. However, this doesn't mean it was a perfect episode.
If the episode were judged solely by its production value and how good of a job Pierrot Films' animators did, then it's perfect. But when it's viewed as a part of a larger war and story, "Baby, Holy Your Hand" comes lacking in a few key areas. The fight itself is everything Bleach fans ever dreamed of,...
