John Mellencamp's two sons, Speck, 18, and Hud, 19, have had felony battery charges filed against them in Monroe County, Ind. and warrants have been issued for their arrest in connection with a fight in late July, reports the Indianapolis Star. Police Capt. Joe Qualters says a third person, Ty Smith, son of Indiana University baseball coach Tracy Smith, has also been charged in the incident.
