Following the highly positive reaction to the first season of Adult Swim's My Adventures With Superman animated series, the network has announced that season 2 is set to premiere on Saturday, May 25.

The show returns to Toonami with two back-to-back episodes at midnight Et/Pt, followed by one new instalment every Saturday. New episodes will also stream Sundays on Max.

Warner Bros. Animation has also debuted the first trailer, which finds the Man of Steel, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen continuing their adventures in Metropolis, as the trio is forced to contend with the emerging threat of Lex Luthor and several other supervillains.

Fortunately, the heroes are going to have some pretty formidable back-up, as season 2 will also introduce Kara Zor-El, aka Supergirl!

The first season was a big hit with fans and critics, earning a very impressive 96% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Platinum-selling artist Jason Derulo and Barbie breakout Alexandra Shipp will headline On Air LA Annex with their new romantic thriller podcast Underwater.

Derulo and Shipp will take the stage Nov. 2 at Kcrw’s Annenberg Performance Studio in Santa Monica with an exclusive visual journey into the first episode and audience Q&a, On Air Fest announced Tuesday. The stars will be joined by Allan Coye of Interval Presents, Rich Statter of Clamor and Alex Addison of Temple Hill Entertainment.

Underwater, which premieres Oct. 31 on all major platforms, hails from Warner Music Group’s in-house podcast network Interval Presents and tells the story of Nico and Ana in the form of a narrative album, which features new music from Derulo.

My Adventures with Superman season one introduces a plethora of DC characters, including Amanda Waller and Slade Wilson, hinting at even more superheroes to come. The appearance of Vicki Vale and references to Queen Industries and Green Arrow suggest the existence of Batman and the Bat-Family in the show's universe. The latest episode reveals a Kryptonian vessel and Phantom Zone technology, implying that General Zod and his followers may already inhabit the My Adventures with Superman universe.

Exclusive: Emmy winner Loretta Devine, Sheila E. and Misty Copeland round out the voice cast of Eureka!, Disney Jr.’s upcoming animated preschool series, joining previously announced leads Ruth Righi, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Lil Rel Howery and Javier Muñoz. Also cast in recurring roles are Ellie Kemper (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt), Jack McBrayer (30 Rock), Ryan Michelle Bathé (The Endgame) and Wendell Pierce (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan.) Set in the fantastical prehistoric world of Rocky Falls, Eureka! follows the story of Eureka (Righi), a young girl inventor who is way ahead of her time. What more could a kid want?

The movie is released in numerous packages but the target viewer will want the Blu-ray, DVD, Digital HD combo pack with the bonus Mini Ultimate Batmobiel (84 pieces).

Writer Jeremy Adams takes Under the Red Hood and modifies it for the younger audience. Given the title, you know there will be a lot of focus on the Batman Family, and these are the best moments in the 79-minute production.

The first Netflix original production from Brazil, and only its second produced in Latin America, 3% is a dystopian sci-fi show that should be on everyone’s must-watch list. Based on a rejected TV pilot from 2011, it was created by Pedro Aguilera, who returns, along with one of two original writers, Ivan Nakamura, and a whole new team.

Recently I put up an article here on Lrm about getting into Batman for new or casual readers (and to an extent, some of the more regular comic book readers out there). I broke it down to three good jumping on points, of which Tom King’s "Batman: Rebirth #1" was used. Now with some of the "Rebirth" books getting near issue six, I can say almost (Almost, not All!) all of the official "Rebirth" books have been an excellent introduction to the series for new readers. On that front, DC has been hugely successful (and the sales numbers are showing it). While continuity is still a bit funky, and events within titles don’t really seem to match up in a macro sense, each individual series has been a blast to read. Over and over again we have talked about how these DC Rebirth titles are a great jumping on point for new or returning readers. This is also the case for Hellblazer and for once this is my first Hellblazer book I have ever picked up. My only exposure to John Constantine is through some of his appearances in Justice League Dark and the television show. In this issue John goes back home to London to Literally face his demon. What makes John so interesting is his unorthodox approach to defeating his foe. It seems like he would be just as content if he beats the demon or not. There is not much else to this issue other than a brief appearance by Wonder Woman, Shazam and Swamp Thing. “What fresh hell is this?” Fox has officially set calendar slots for their fall TV schedule, including the premiere dates for The Exorcist, Scream Queens Season 2, and Lucifer Season 2.

Inspired by the 1971 novel and the 1973 film that both bear the same name, The Exorcist will make its series premiere on Friday, September 23rd at 9:00pm Est. Scream Queens, meanwhile, will return for its second season on Tuesday, September 20th at 9:00pm Est, and fans of Mr. Morningstar can watch Lucifer Season 2 debut on Monday, September 19th at 9:00pm Est. All-new episodes of Gotham and Lucifer return Monday, Sept. 19. While the above vehicle has yet to transform, this robot in disguise will be one of at least two new additions to Michael Bay's Transformers 4.  Currently filming in Monument Valley, Transformers 4 stars Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz and Jack Reynor, but the real draw are the massive autonomous fighting robots at the heart of the franchise.  Seen above is the $2.4 million Bugatti Grand Sport Vitesse, a 16-cylinder engine with quad turbochargers pumping out 1,200 horsepower.  While there's no word as of yet on just which Autobot this beast will transform into, you can bet it will be nasty.  Hit the jump for another new car that will make an appearance in Transformers 4.
