Mike Spragg(I)

Mike Spragg BSC is a Bafta nominated Director of Photography working both in the US and the UK. Mike has shot both documentaries and drama productions all over the world from the North Pole to South Africa, Eastern Europe, Malaysia, Thailand, Iran, Morocco, USA and Canada. Mike started shooting documentaries for the BBC, Channel Four and the Discovery channel in the 1990's before moving more into drama in the early 2000's. Awards include Sony Award for Best Digital Cinematography, a Bafta nomination for the BBC's 'Seven Industrial Wonders of the World' and an ASC nomination for Outstanding Cinematography in Television drama for HBO/Cinemax 'StrikeBack'. He was invited to become a member of the British Society of Cinematographers in 2016, has been a full voting member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts since 2004 and is a member of IATSE 600. Based in Budapest but is almost never there !
