73 Years After Disney Film, New Alice in Wonderland Movie Gets First-Look Character Reveal
Image
Earlier this year, P.A. Works (Angel Beats) unveiled its first-ever anime adaptation of Lewis Carroll's iconic children's novel Alice in Wonderland. The studio recently released a fresh round of promotional materials, including first-look character visuals and a new theatrical Pv.

According to Mantan Web, 11 character visuals based on the main characters of the upcoming film, Dive in Wonderland, have been released. The movie revolves around a university student named Rise and her young companion, Alice. After the two become acquainted, they embark on a journey through the aptly-named "Wonderland," where many fantastic encounters await them. The film is scheduled to debut in Japanese theaters on Aug. 29, 2025. As an additional introduction to the film's main trio, P.A. Works also released a "theatrical manners" video starring Rise, Alice and the Cheshire Cat. This short video informs moviegoers to be courteous to one another by staying quiet and turning off their phones.
