Exclusive: Two-time Tony winner Victoria Clark has joined the cast of Manhattan Theatre Club’s Punch, the James Graham play set to open on Broadway this fall.

Clark joins the previously announced cast Camila Canó-Flaviá as Clare/Nicola; Will Harrison as Jacob, Sam Robards as David/Raf’s Dad, and Lucy Taylor (Broadway’s Betrayal) as Mum/Wendy.

In addition to Clark, who will play the victim’s compassionate mother, other newcomers announced for the Punch cast are Cody Kostro (Broadway: Six Degrees of Separation) as Raf/Sam and Piter Marek (Broadway: Cyrano de Bergerac) as Tony/Derek/DS Villers.

Updated with amended description of documentary My Sweet Land. Sheffield DocFest, the U.K.’s premiere nonfiction film festival, today revealed the full lineup for its 31st edition running June 12-17. Among the highlights: the world premiere of Tilda Swinton’s feature directorial debut, The Hexagonal Hive and a Mouse in a Maze, co-directed by Bartek Dziadosz.

In the film, premiering in International Competition, Swinton and Dziadosz “travel the world to understand what it means to learn, and along the way uncover playful food for thought – for adults and young people alike.” Swinton previously directed segments in the documentaries The Seasons In Quincy: Four Portraits of John Berger (2016) and The New Ten Commandments (2008).

Projects come from 34 different countries.

Projects from Rodrigo Reyes, Ike Nnaebue and Sean McAllister are among 48 titles that will be pitched to international and UK industry representatives and experts at this year’s Sheffield DocFest MeetMarket.

One of the world’s largest documentary and factual pitching forums, MeetMarket moved to the beginning of the festival and will take place on June 15-16 with all projects in the development or production stage.

The projects have been selected from more than 500 submissions. Rodrigo Reyes, whose doc Sanson And Me was the winner of DocFest’s 2022 international competition, is pitching Mexican-us co-pro Warrior Mothers.
