Jimmy Fallon Assures Audience Mitch McConnell Is Ok After His Fall and ‘Ready for His Upcoming Fight With Jake Paul’ | Video
Image
It sounds like Jake Paul has a new target in mind after his Netflix fight with Mike Tyson … at least, that’s the case according to Jimmy Fallon.

On Tuesday night, the “Tonight Show” host told his studio audience how Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell suffered a fall during a Senate lunch. “Thankfully, he’s doing Ok and should have no problem getting ready for his upcoming fight with Jake Paul,” the NBC star joked, adding, “it’s going to be close.”

Fallon also took a jab at another older politician. After revealing that some of the most searched topics on Google in 2024 were the presidential election, the New York Times Connections puzzle and the Yankees, Fallon dropped the “least popular” search term of the year: “Joe Biden thirst traps.”

That was about as political as “The Tonight Show” got on Tuesday. Instead, Fallon embraced his silly, holiday-loving side. Later in the episode,...

‘FBI: International’: Luke Kleintank on Forrester’s Future With the Team & That ‘Very Satisfying’ Scene with Dandridge
Jesse Lee Soffer, Christina Wolfe, Carter Redwood, Eva-Jane Willis, and Vinessa Vidotto in FBI: International (2021)
[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for FBI: International Season 2 Episode 12, “Someone She Knew.”] The January 24 episode of FBI: International ended just as we thought it would when it came to the reassignment that Special Agent Scott Forrester (Luke Kleintank) was facing, but oh, did we love watching how it went down. The Fly Team’s least favorite person, Ken Dandridge (Michael Torpey), forced his way into their latest investigation, going so far as to give a press conference when he shouldn’t have and allowing the suspect to escape with the girls he’d kidnapped. At first, Deputy Director John Van Leer (R. Ward Duffy) and Senator Jenna Preuitt (Lorna Lowe) praised him for his transparency. But then Forrester, with help from the agent Dandridge had placed on the team, Zoey McKenna (Kelley Missal), figured out how the other man was so up to date on the moves they weren’t telling him: He issued an unauthorized wiretap on ...

‘FBI: International’: Luke Kleintank Previews Forrester’s ‘Game of Cat & Mouse’ for His Job
Scott Forrester
Is the Fly Team about to say goodbye to their boss, Special Agent Scott Forrester (Luke Kleintank), in the January 24 episode of FBI: International? If Ken Dandridge (Michael Torpey) gets his way, yes, but Forrester has said he’s not leaving without a fight. “When it comes to Dandridge, Scott knows he has to play his cards right. Even though he would love to get into a physical fight with him, he is much smarter than that,” Kleintank tells TV Insider. “This fight, for him, is a game of cat and mouse, where Forrester is slowly stalking his prey.” The rest of the Fly Team doesn’t exactly agree with Forrester’s methods; understandably, the last thing they want is for Scott to be reassigned (to Alabama!). “The team thinks Scott needs to be more proactive in positioning himself, but he’s always one step ahead,” Kleintank says. In addition...

Gal Gadot in Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)
Time and time again during this year’s pandemic, movie studios have had to make the best of a bad situation. HBO Max’s list of new releases for December 2020 comes along with the most extreme example yet.

WarnerMedia undoubtedly had big plans for Wonder Woman 1984 when it scheduled it for a holiday release last year. After moving it to the summer, however, the conglomerate had to delay its theatrical release time and time again. Now HBO Max is the lucky winner of the saga, as it gets to premiere the long-awaited sequel on its servers on Dec. 25.

While Wonder Woman 1984 is definitely the headline this month, there are some other intriguing streaming options for HBO Max in December. The month plays host to a whole host of high-powered documentaries like Heaven’s Gate: The Cult of Cults (Dec. 3), Alabama Snake (Dec. 9), and the Tiger Woods documentary Tiger (Dec.

Want Your College Loan Debt ‘Paid Off’? Go on TruTV’s New Game Show

The network will debut its new game show “Paid Off” Tuesday at 10 p.m., which will see three college grads get a chance at winning their freedom from student debt. The show is hosted by “Orange Is the New Black’s” Michael Torpey. “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” alum Leigh Hampton serves as showrunner.

SAG Awards predictions secret: Size matters for comedies like ‘Orange is the New Black,’ ‘Glee,’ ‘Desperate Housewives’ …
Kate Mulgrew, Natasha Lyonne, Selenis Leyva, Laura Prepon, Taylor Schilling, Uzo Aduba, Dascha Polanco, and Danielle Brooks in Orange Is the New Black (2013)
When it comes to rewarding the best comedic cast on television, the SAG Awards often simply go with the biggest cast. Recent winners like “Orange is the New Black” (2014-2016), “Glee” (2009), “Desperate Housewives” (2004-2005) and “Ally McBeal” (1998) all prevailed thanks in part to having the most cast members on the voting ballot. Interestingly enough, all four of these were also hour-long dramedies, which suggests SAG voters are more apt to give the prize to large casts when they’re also in large productions.

What does this statistic mean in terms of predicting the 2018 SAG Awards? “Orange is the New Black” once again boasts the biggest comedy cast with a record-setting 45 men and women nominated for the Netflix prison series. That’s up from 37 cast members in 2016, 34 in 2015, and 40 in 2014. Of this year’s other nominated ensembles, Netflix’s “Glow” consists of 18 cast members, followed by HBO’s “Veep” at 15, ABC...

It's all a result of the riot that broke out in the cafeteria after inmate Poussey Washington (Samira Wiley) was accidentally murdered by prison guard Baxter Bailey (Alan Aisenberg).

"Right now, everyone collectively has unified to take things and to just not take it anymore. To say, 'We won't tolerate it,'" she told Et of the inmates' reactions to the injustices happening inside Litchfield Penitentiary.
