Just like fellow New Yorker Dr. Zoe Hart (Bilson), she has a hard time adjusting to Bluebell. While on set in September, Reeser posted an adorable WhoSay photo of the costars reuniting. Hart of Dixie Boss on Season 4's Quick Pace, 'Zade' Romance Challenges
Rachel Bilson in Hart of Dixie (2011)
Get ready for the Great Farewell to Bluebell Party of 2015!

No, that doesn’t necessarily mean Hart of Dixie‘s 10-episode fourth season will be its last — The CW has yet to declare a verdict on that front — but regardless of what happens, the town denizens will be getting a proper goodbye. And yet, there’s still hope for more stories.

Creator Leila Gerstein tells TVLine that she plans to give all the characters “a happy, celebratory conclusion” at the end of the upcoming run, “while still leaving some doors open for the future.”

However, “I do feel like 76 episodes...

We Shine the Spotlight on Anger Management and Hart Of Dixie Star Laura Bell Bundy
Well known for her country singing prowess, Laura Bell Bundy is also demonstrating her comedy chops on two different television shows this year. She has made a memorable appearance on the CW series Hart Of Dixie as Shelby, who first dated George Tucker (Scott Porter) and then turned her amorous affections on Brick Breeland (Tim Matheson). Then in a stroke of good fortune, Laura was also cast this year in the FX comedy series Anger Management, playing opposite Charlie Sheen as a psychologist with issues of her own. In a recent exclusive interview, Laura candidly shared all the fun she is having working on both shows and how neither has put a crimp in her also very active singing career.

Let’s talk about Anger Management. How did that opportunity come up and what attracted you to the role of Dr. Jordan Denby?

Laura: It’s how it always works:...

'Hart of Dixie' recap: Wade proves to be the smartest person in Bluebell ... and the right guy for Zoe
Raise your hand if you still don't think Zoe and Wade are endgame on "Hart of Dixie." Yeah, that's right, no one is raising their hands because Monday (Nov. 4) night's all-new episode, "How Do You Like Me Now?" proved that not only is Wade the right guy for Zoe, but he also knows it and doesn't seem to sweat the fact that she thinks she belongs with Joel. Wade is patient, and knows she'll end up with him at the end of the day. Joel is just the "Act 2 complication" in the story of Zoe's love life.

So how did Wade step up to the plate to prove both his newfound maturity and his assurance that Zoe will end up with him? After Zoe finds out via Dash's weekly poll that only 13% of Bluebell thinks Joel is the right guy for her, she sets out to make it her new...

Hart of Dixie Review: No Longer a Lemon
On this Hart of Dixie installment, viewers witnesses two different sides of the Breelands. From Lemon proving why she's the most in-depth character on the show to finding out why Brick has been so bitter towards Zoe, the hour provided some major insight into these two characters.

Yes, "Take This Job and Shove It" was the best of Hart of Dixie Season 3 and I can only hope it's a sign of fun things to come.

After watching the episode I found myself actually happy, a feeling the series hasn't given me for some time. Sometimes this show pulls you in and breaks your heart - and, like getting over a recent break up, you take awhile to get over the things that have happened.

Overall, I was so happy with the character progression and lightness, as noted in the following individual highlights:

Brick Breeland

Brick was his Hart of Dixie Season 1 self,...

Just a Few Reasons Why You Should Watch Hart of Dixie
Hart of Dixie kicked off its third season last night with its usual small but loyal audience. And if more people would see it they would become loyal, too! Dixie's Dr. Zoe Hart (played by Rachel Bilson) is a New York doctor transferred to Alabama to solve Doc Hollywood mini medical mysteries while simultaneously charming her neighbors with her strange Yankee ways. Plus, there's a love triangle that never seems to end between her, lawyer George Tucker, and his Bff bartender Wade. There are so many delightful reasons to watch Dixie, but maybe it will be clearer if I explain what other great past shows' DNA is all over it. The O.C. Rachel Bilson as Dr. Zoe Hart is as Summer Roberts as Summer Roberts ever was. Remember on The O.C. when Summer got an unexpectedly high Sat score? Imagine if she had decided to become a doctor and moved...

Hart of Dixie Review: Lemon and Her Squeeze
After a crazy Hart of Dixie Season 2 finale, we're back in the town of Bluebell for "Who Says You Can't Go Home?."

Zoe struggled to hang onto New York with her deep love of the little town of Bluebell, all the while, trying to win over the community once again. You know what, this episode reminded me of the old Dixie before all of the heartbreak. It was very enjoyable.

First off, Joel? Who the hell is Joel? Why is he here? Am I suppose to care about him? A new life, in five months? Well, at least he's cute. Unfortunately, he doesn't stand a chance with Zoe Hart. He obviously doesn't know the truth about Wade, which will be a big blowout.

Seriously, is anyone else shocked that she lied to her new boyfriend? Yeah, not me.

Elsewhere, Rose made an appearance! I love her! I am so glad she showed up!

'Hart of Dixie' Season 3 premiere: Zoe goes home for good ... but does home mean Bluebell or New York?
The "Hart of Dixie" Season 3 premiere had many classic "Hart of Dixie" staples: a town parade, hilarious quotes, relationship drama, and Zoe Hart learning a valuable lesson. The lesson the pint-sized doc learned by the hour's end? In order to know the answer to the question, "Who says you can't go home?" you have to first know where "home" is. For Zoe, home wasn't New York, as she always thought. As Lavon so wisely pointed out to her, "What if Buebell is real and New York is just the rest stop?"

Before Zoe arrived at this life-changing realization, she first had to make many, many mistakes (surprise surprise). The biggest mistake: extending her summer in New York from three months to five, and then deciding to stay in the Big Apple permanently. Instead of saying goodbye to all her friends (and exes) in Bluebell, she sent emails letting everyone know she wasn't coming back.

Hart of Dixie's Scott Porter on George's Season 3 Twist (He's Mia!) – Plus: Details on His New Love
Hart of Dixie makes its charming return this Monday (The CW, 8/7c) — but the series’ third season kicks off sans one handsome, key component: George Tucker!

As Scott Porter, the man behind Bluebell’s Golden Boy, says with a laugh, “George might be in hiding when we return. The first episode of the season is actually the hunt for George Tucker, which is very funny to me.”

Last we saw, the newly single lawman (who’d been shunned by Zoe and dumped by Tansy) opted, on a whim, to tour with local songbird Lily Anne.

See? All is back to normal again... except for the two handsome faces who will drop by this Alabama enclave at various times this fall: both Robert Buckley and Ryan McPartlin have booked guest spots on the fun series.

'Hart of Dixie': Scott Porter tweets first look photo of 'One Tree Hill's' Robert Buckley on set
Though it was only just announced a few days ago, "One Tree Hill" alum Robert Buckley has already reported for duty on "Hart of Dixie."

Scott Porter -- who plays golden-boy lawyer George Tucker on the CW Southern charmer -- tweeted out a first look photo of Buckley on set with himself and Wilson Bethel -- who plays bad boy turned sweetheart Wade Kinsella -- on Tuesday (Aug. 27).

Clearly, there is something in the water as the three Bluebell studs look eerily similar ... and that's not lost on Porter. "What do you mean #HartofDixie keeps on casting similar looking dudes?" he posted with the photo.

Buckley is set to play Peter, a sweet, ordinary guy who is just passing through town. He has a chance encounter with Lemon (Jaime King) ... which has the potential to build into something more. So far, he is only scheduled for one episode. But maybe...

Hart of Dixie Season 2 Finale Review: Zeorge or Zade?
As irritating as it is to watch Zoe ping pong between Wade and George, her frustration over what happened was hilarious to watch on the Hart of Dixie Season 2 finale. At least at first.

In "On the Road Again," Zoe woke up hopeful that she didn't sleep with Wade... only to be disappointed when he walked out of the bathroom in only a towel. And then to make matters worse, George walked in on them. Seriously, her romantic life is a comedy of awkward situations. At this point, is it possible for her to be happy with either George or Wade? I'm not sure. And I blame the writers for that.

Zoe's actions these past few weeks haven't felt true to character at all. She's selfish, indecisive and was hurt by Wade, but her declarations to George and the night with Wade didn't make sense. And even though George walking...

'Hart of Dixie': Cress Williams' Mayor Lavon gets to 'wear his heart on his sleeve'
On The CW's Tuesday-night rom-com "Hart of Dixie," former NFL player Lavon Hayes (Cress Williams), mayor of his small Alabama hometown of BlueBell, has turned out to be quite the ladies' man.

"It seems like it," says Williams to Zap2it, taking a break on the set at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, Calif., during filming of the sophomore show's finale episode, airing May 7. "I'm conquering everybody in BlueBell."

Early on, Lavon had a serious relationship with BlueBell socialite Lemon Breeland (Jaime King), a romance that ultimately torpedoed her marriage to lawyer George Tucker (Scott Porter). Then he had a brief up-and-down romance with bubbly Didi Ruano (Nadine Velazquez).

Then he moved on to his former high-school girlfriend Ruby Jeffries (Golden Brooks), an entrepreneur who returned to BlueBell for family reasons. They came close to marriage, but Ruby's ambitions led her elsewhere. She tried for a comeback, but failed because...

Hart of Dixie Review: Take Smaller Bites
"If Tomorrow Never Comes" was definitely one of my favorite episodes in this latter half of Hart of Dixie Season 2.

The reason being the final scene between George and Zoe because George said Exactly what I was thinking. Also, because George and Tansy grew closer while Brick and Shelby became engaged. But the key moment for me was a confession from Zoe Hart in regards to Brick Breeland.

Let me start of by talking about the best part of the hour: when Zoe confessed to George that she "liked" him and George responded, "Are You Freaking Kidding Me!?" You and me both, George Tucker, or G.T. as you liked to call yourself.

This whole re-hashing of George feelings from Zoe is So Hart of Dixie Season 1. She chose Wade, end of story. George is now sloppy seconds... while Wade is the guy who cheated on her. It seems both dynamics have been tainted somehow.

Hart of Dixie Review: Little Miss Popular
Well, I'm going to have "Jolene" stuck in my head all night now, but it was worth it to see George serenade Tansy's dog. Is that man not that sweetest!? And hello shirtless scene!

Wade takes a lot of credit for Bluebell's most famous washboard abs, but "Take Me Home, Country Roads" let us all acknowledge what George Tucker has on underneath that button down. Amen.

Despite babysitting and then losing Tansy's dog on this week's Hart of Dixie, George and Tansy now seem to be stronger than ever. I wish I could say the same for Zoe and Wade, but those two hit a new bump in the road what seems like every Tuesday. Let's hope they can keep patching things up because I felt so bad for Lavon sitting on the couch with those donuts eating his feelings; we don't need to see all three of them heartbroken.

'Hart of Dixie': 'We've definitely abandoned George and Lemon'
Normal 0 false false false En-us X-none X-none MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 As The CW's rom-com/drama "Hart of Dixie" returns with new episodes on Tuesday, Jan. 15, Zap2it went to executive producer Leila Gerstein to find out what's up with love and life in idyllic BlueBell, Ala., with displaced Manhattan Dr. Zoe Hart (Rachel Bilson), her beau, bartender Wade Kinsella (Wilson Bethel); lawyer George Tucker (Scott Porter); his ex-fiance, Southern belle Lemon Breeland (Jaime King); local-girl-made-good Ruby Jeffries (Golden Brooks); and her now-ex-love, NFL-star-turned-mayor Lavon Hayes (Cress Williams).

Zap2it: Has the fans' reactions to various romantic permutations affected your decisions about which characters should be paired with which?

Gerstein: I like to hear all points of view. But at the end of the day, I go with my gut. I don't necessarily ascribe to the "One Mythic Couple" argument. So, a lot of what happens on the show comes out of seeing...

'Hart of Dixie': Rachel Bilson on Zoe and Wade's long-term prospects
Zap2it: This season on "Hart of Dixie," New York-raised Dr. Zoe Hart put her feelings for Alabama small-town lawyer George Tucker -- who has spent time in New York -- on the shelf and instead dove into a fling with bartender Wade Kinsella. On the surface, it would seem that she and George are a better match, so what do you think is the outlook for her having a long-term relationship with Wade, who's not her equal in education or sophistication?

Rachel Bilson: They're totally unequal. Usually it does bother the guy more. There's something lacking. It's always interesting to explore the unexpected or what you don't see coming. On paper, George and Zoe make perfect sense. Sometimes in life, you see people and say, "They totally make sense. They totally don't make sense." And the ones that don't make sense last.

So what is up with that?...

Claudia Gets A 'Kick' Out of 'Dixie'
Rachel Bilson in Hart of Dixie (2011)
So much of a show's first season must be dedicated to introducing a whole new world to the audience and making them care about the core characters. So now that we've fallen head over heels in love with Zoe Hart, George Tucker, Wade Kinsella, Lavon Hayes, Lemon Breeland and the town of Bluebell, Hart of Dixie is free to start exploring some of the other townsfolk in the recently launched second season.

Atop Hart's hitlist is Lemon's little sister, Magnolia, played by Claudia Lee. The character, and the actress, take center stage in tonight's episode as Bluebell-a-palooza comes to town and Magnolia flaunts her pipes as one of the event's featured singers. And art is definitely imitating life since Claudia is not only a singer herself, but the tune crooned is actually available on Lee's debut CD!

Rachel Bilson in Hart of Dixie (2011)
Hart of Dixie’s sophomore season kicked off with Zoe Hart in a conundrum many girls would love to find themselves in — being pined after by two hot guys — but it was a conundrum nonetheless, and Zoe spent the entire episode fretting over whether to be with newly-single George Tucker or latest bedmate Wade Kinsella.

The Huffington Post reports that country singer Laura Bell Bundy has landed a role on The CW drama as a love interest for Scott Porter's very nice lawyer. She'll make her debut on the third installment of the fall and appear on at least two episodes.

Bundy originated the Broadway roles of Amber Von Tussle in "Hairspray" and Elle Woods in "Legally Blonde: The Musical." She has also guest-starred on How I Met Your Mother and Modern Family.

Hart of Dixie, meanwhile, returns on October 16 and will feature a couple other casting changes as well. Look for Golden Brooks to come on board as Lavon's ex and Zoe's new pal.

Country singer and Broadway star Laura Bell Bundy has been tapped to play a potential love interest for Porter's Tucker in Season 2 of "Dixie," HuffPost TV has learned exclusively. The singer, who originated the roles of Amber Von Tussle in "Hairspray" and Elle Woods in "Legally Blonde: The Musical" on Broadway, will first appear in the third episode of Season 2, airing October 16. 'Hart of Dixie's' Jaime King: Lemon's break up 'will be good for her'
It looks like Lemon Breeland (Jaime King) will be taking up a new, unexpectedly un-Lemon-like routine on Season 2 of "Hart of Dixie.""

Yes, that's right. Now that Lemon is no longer with George Tucker (Scott Porter), the actress tells Zap2it to watch out for this Belle's transition into a more independent woman.

"You'll see a lot of Lemon gung-ho: becoming her own person, finding a job, getting out on her own, getting away from her family, her dad's house."

The dust is still settling from Lemon Vreeland (Jaime King) and George Tucker's (Scott Porter) break up. But even though Lemon is now available to potentially revisit her love with former beau, Bluebell Mayor Lavon Hayes (Cress Williams) will be focusing on himself.

Zap2it spoke with the "Hart of Dixie" actor at the TCA Press tours as he filled us in on what to expect from Mayor Hayes in Season 2.

Firstly, Lavon is running for mayor...again! The time has come to put together a reelection campaign, but Williams warns us that the mayor may have gotten a bit too comfortable with his town popularity.

"Initially I'm running unopposed, and I have a pretty high approval rating. I think I don't need to run at all." He continues, "But I'll leave you with the fact that there's...

Scott Porter Talks Hart Of Dixie Season 2, Hopes For Return To The Good Wife
Scott Porter
Scott Porter's George Tucker finally made his romantic feelings for Rachel Bilson's Zoe Hart known on the season finale of "Hart of Dixie," but with Wilson Bethel's Wade Kinsella now officially in the picture, expect some trouble between the boys when Season 2 begins.

"There's gonna be a little conflict between Wade and George that I think the fans are gonna really enjoy because I think you're going to get into the meat of why they were such good friends and what kind of happened maybe somewhere along the line," Scott told AccessHollywood.com recently. "You're gonna really get to ...

'Hart of Dixie's' Scott Porter talks Season 2 love triangle and where Jason Street is now
George Tucker (Scott Porter) is ready to put up a fight for Dr. Zoe Hart (Rachel Bilson), but he may end up falling into some alone time on Season 2 of "Hart of Dixie."

Porter chatted with Zap2It on Sunday (July 29) at the TCA press tour about George's fate and what else fans can expect for The CW series' second season.

The Season 2 premiere picks up the morning after George and Lemon Vreeland's (Jaime King) almost-wedding, and things are definitely in a state of unrest -- particularly for George.

"You, at first, see him very focused and driven in forging ahead with life and thinking that his life is gonna be with Zoe, then very quickly finding out that that might not be the case," Porter says. "You're gonna see George lose a little bit of control, maybe spiral a bit, get a little scruffier, edgier, underdog-like George Tucker."

The...

'Hart of Dixie' season finale: The saga continues...
Rachel Bilson in Hart of Dixie (2011)
The overlapping love triangles on Hart of Dixie are pretty exhausting: George-Lemon-Lavon. Wade-Zoe-George. Wade-Wade’s abs-Wade’s biceps. Usually, I have a side — even when I deny that I do. But from the deepest depths of my soul, I promise you that I have no idea who I want together on this show — I honestly like everyone — and that, my friends, is exhausting.

Take last night’s season finale, for example. In it, Zoe and Wade got stuck in a barn during a giant rain storm (not a metaphor) that ruined Lemon and George’s wedding plans. While they were in the barn,...

Hart of Dixie Review: George Tucker Time!
It took George and Lemon to split up for me to finally understand their relationship.

Throughout the opening season of Hart of Dixie, I've questioned why someone so kind and understanding would be engaged to someone to stern and demanding. But George's pre-New Orleans speech to Zoe in "Destiny & Denial" actually made a lot of sense:

There's no way Lemon could date someone like herself. The guy would just fight back and the couple would spent every night apart, one attending the opera and the other a jazz club, for instance.

And can you actually imagine Geore Tucker dating someone like George Tucker? It would stand a better chance of success, but it would also lead to nauseating moments where each side coos and tells the other to hang up... no, you hang up... no, you hang up! There's a reason they say opposites attract.

But when it comes out...

'Hart of Dixie' star Scott Porter teases a singing George, his evening out with Zoe -- Video
Poor George Tucker. He just learned his fiancée cheated on him with a friend. He’s not sure who to trust. And he’s generally on a downward spiral. So where can a good man blow off steam? New Orleans, of course!

Tonight’s episode of Hart of Dixie follows sweet old George (Scott Porter) to the Big Easy, where he flees to escape his shambles of a life. The result, says Porter, is a George unlike fans have ever seen.

” we’ve seen a very level-headed man — someone who is very intent on fixing things and making everyone’s...

Scott Porter On 'Hart Of Dixie' & Almost Playing An 'Avenger'
Rachel Bilson in Hart of Dixie (2011)
If you watch The CW's "Hart of Dixie" (Mondays at 9 p.m. Et), then you know that George Tucker, played by "Friday Night Lights" alum Scott Porter, is the perfect man and the nicest guy in Dixie. No wonder Zoe (Rachel Bilson) fell for him.

But on Monday night's all-new episode, "Destiny & Denial," that's all about to change after the you-know-what hit the fan when George found out about Lemon's (Jaime King) affair with Levon (Cress Williams) in last week's episode. Now, good ole' reliable George is going through somewhat of an identity crisis, and be prepared to see him trade in his sweater vests for a leather jacket and motorcycle.

However, for fans of George and Zoe, don't worry too much about last week's blow-up. He won't stay mad the Bluebell doctor for long. In fact, the two even take a spontaneous trip to the Big Easy, which then...

Hart of Dixie's Scott Porter Talks George's Next Move (Singing!) and Possible Romance With Zoe
Rachel Bilson in Hart of Dixie (2011)
Given the bombshell that ended last week’s Hart of Dixie (Lemon finally revealing her affair with Lavon to her current fiancé George), you’d think tonight’s episode of the CW charmer (airing at 9/8c) would find the newly single do-gooder moping about Bluebell in woe-is-me fashion. Thankfully, though, that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Rather, “Destiny & Denial” features George — and, in turn, his portrayer Scott Porter — in a totally new light:

One who sings and dances and might actually put the moves on one Zoe Hart.

“This was such a great episode of just relief and release,...

'Hart of Dixie': Scott Porter says 'You'll see a different George' at the end of Season 1
After your fiance cheats on you and you call off your wedding, it's only natural to be a little lost. That's exactly what's happening to George Tucker on "Hart of Dixie," Scott Porter tells Zap2it. While Porter's character is usually an upstanding guy who does the right thing, this complete upheaval in his personal life leads the lawyer to question all of his actions.

"You'll see a different George in the last four episodes [of Season 1]," Porter explains. "You're going to see a George who's adrift as far as his emotions go and as far as where he thinks his future is going to lie. A lot of thoughts are going to go through his head. You know -- maybe I can look past this. Maybe I can work this out. Maybe I have to leave town. Maybe I have to get out of here, I can't stay. It's all those...

Hart of Dixie Review: A Disenchanted Forest
A bear may have been loose in the woods on this Hart of Dixie episode, but meow... purr... other feline noises.

Did you hear those? The real trouble got started on "Bachelorettes & Bullets" once the cat was officially let out of the bag.

Yes, George Tucker now knows. And Zoe knows George knows. And George knows that Zoe knew and pretty much every relationship we've watched development over the course of this first season has been ruined. At least for now, although not according to Lemon.

It actually fits her personality perfectly that she'd be unable to accept George's final words. She lives her entire life in a kind of denial, still believing Bluebell is all there is in the world and that her affair with Lavon was never that big of a deal, even if viewers know better and there are clearly feelings between the two.

You know, like...

'Hart of Dixie' Recap: Bad Bridesmaids Bears
I've been waiting all season for George Tucker to find out about Lemon's affair and it happened exactly as I imagined. Except for the wandering bear, strange bachelorette party and the arrival of Justin Hartley's Jesse. So I imagined, like, one scene correctly. Oh well! Also, the title of this recap is a mashup of Bad News Bears and Bridesmaids. #obvious.

Aleks Paunovic on Arctic Air, Bomb Girls picked up, Falling Skies update, interviews with Scott Porter & William B. Davis
Aleks Paunovic is back in Arctic Air tonight. It's not the first time that he has appeared on the show, but he will have a more central part in tonight's episode, which airs at 9 pm on CBC in Canada. Other familiar faces will probably show up, too. CBC has a new interview with Aleks. Snippets:

You play Jim McAlister on Arctic Air, what is that guy all about?

Jim is a fun-loving best buddy with a big heart. He's stoked to have Bobby (Adam Beach) back in town. He's a prospector and trusts Bobby to the fullest. He'll do anything to protect his friends, family and the North.

What is it like working on a all Canadian production as opposed to a U.S. production that is being filmed in Canada?

I love home grown projects. Most of the U.S. projects are about situations, not about where they are shooting.

Scott Porter Talks 'Hart of Dixie' & Taylor Kitsch
Rachel Bilson in Hart of Dixie (2011)
Scott Porter first garnered attention as Jason Street in the critically acclaimed TV series "Friday Night Lights."

Since then, he's racked up an impressive amount of credits with stints on "The Good Wife," the now-defunct "Caprica" and the "X-Men" cartoon (not to mention feature films "Prom Night," "Speed Racer," "Dear John" and the upcoming "The To Do List," to name a few). Currently, Porter is charming viewers as George Tucker on The CW's "Hart of Dixie" and he spoke exclusively to HuffPost TV about who he wants his character to end up with, breaking one of his only rules, superheroes and Taylor Kitsch.

With all the bad boys on The CW, what appealed to you about playing good guy George on "Hart of Dixie"?

I had just played a terrorist on "Caprica," and Blake, who is a bit of a badass private investigator, on "The Good Wife." What's funny about...

'Hart of Dixie': Scott Porter wants Tim Tebow as a brother
On The CW's comedy-drama "Hart of Dixie," returning with new episodes on Monday, Jan. 23, Bluebell, Ala., lawyer George Tucker (Scott Porter) is engaged to marry his high-school sweetheart, local belle Lemon Breeland (Jaime King).

But, there's trouble brewing, since, unbeknownst to George, Lemon had a past fling with the town's mayor, former NFL linebacker Lavon Hayes (Cress Williams), and the embers haven't entirely died down on this particular romantic torch.

On Friday, Jan. 20, between takes at the exterior set for the Rammer Jammer Restaurant on the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank, Calif., Porter laughs when he's asked if it's a cruel irony that his character's girl has her eye on a football player -- mirroring the situation on his earlier show, "Friday Night Lights," in which the fiancee (Minka Kelly) of his character, paralyzed former top high-school quarterback Jason Street, cheated on him with his best friend and former Dillon Panthers teammate,...

Hart of Dixie Review: Teenagers & Tiaras
For the record, all beauty pageants should feature at least one contestant who uses sock puppets as her talent. Come on, no offense to clogging, but who out there would not tune in for a serious sock puppet-off?!?

Sorry, Rose. But that's what lost you the title of Miss Cinnamon Cider.

Sparkly dresses, Scarlett O'Hara-based monologues and a showdown between the pale and the short aside, "Hairdos and Holidays" was really all about Lemon and Hart of Dixie's attempt to make her more savory in the eyes of viewers. Did it succeed? In a word: Eh.

George's fiancee has major mother issues. I get that. It definitely serves to humanize her and to explain why she can get so crazed around town. Because her mom abandoned Bluebell, Lemon is intent on doing the exact opposite, on growing into the woman she always thought her mom had wanted to be.
