Oleg Tulayev was born on 30 March 1949 in Stalinabad, Tajik SSR, USSR [now Dushanbe, Tajikistan]. He was a director and actor, known for Moya lubov-revolutsiya (1981), Viltoarea (1992) and Chest imeyu (1988). He died on 1 June 2003 in Chisinau, Moldova.
