Anna Turner(1953-2023)

Anna Turner was born on October 6, 1953 in Pasco, Washington. While growing up Turner attended Bishop Dunne Catholic School in Dallas, Texas; both Mesquite High School and North Mesquite High School in Mesquite, Texas; West Memphis Senior High School in West Memphis, Arkansas, and Hayden High School in Topeka, Kansas. Following graduation from high school in 1971, Anna studied dance at Memphis State University and moved to Memphis, Tennessee in 1973. Starting in 1973 Turner not only worked as a dancer and a model, but also acted in a handful of adult films that were made and released in the early 1980's. Her most notable roles were in The Dancers (1981) (her film debut) and The Mistress (1983). After retiring from the adult film industry, Anna in 1984 went on to work at the gentlemen's club The Great Alaskan Bush Company in Anchorage, Alaska up until 1990.Turner now lives in Anchorage, Alaska.
