- RelativesGene Wilder(Aunt or Uncle)
- Nephew of actor Gene Wilder.
- Grandson of Harlem child-welfare activist Adele Walker, whom "The New York Times" nicknamed "Mother Love".
- Had two best men at his wedding, his closest friend actor Hill Harper and his Uncle, actor Gene Wilder.
- Was given the nickname "Gene's Kid," by members of his Uncle Gene Wilder's weekend tennis group in Los Angeles, which included Mel Brooks, Anne Bancroft, Sidney Poitier, Carl Reiner, and Alan Alda.
- In 2006 George Clooney's "Good Night And Good Luck," and Jordan Walker-Pearlmans "Constellation," were the two films chosen to screen as special events at the United States Embassy in London.
- My uncle's personality is one part Willy Wonka, one part Frederick Von Frankenstein, one part the voice that narrates his novels, and that other part is just as special and unique and not easily described other than it breathes love, humor, curiosity, and tolerance.
- I prefer not to have Actors read lines when they meet me about a part. I'd rather have a conversation. I don't think I'm going to get anywhere knowing that a professional can memorize lines. I want to know what approach internally and emotionally this person is going to take to the role. I don't believe there is such a thing as bad acting, there's good acting and bad directing (of the actor). That begins in the casting process. For me it's less important that an actor comes in memorializing a scene than they can live a part.
