Robert Fisher was pianist. David Sawyer was percussionist. Elizabeth Swados wrote the book, music and lyrics. Kate Carmel was costume designer. Charles Hollerith Jr. and Rosita Sarnoff were producers. Elizabeth Swados was also director.
