Another 'Crazies' Clip Warns Us There’s Somebody Outside
Overture Films has released another clip from Breck Eisner’s The Crazies, due out in theaters later this month. It’s a remake of a George Romero movie, but since it’s one of George’s lesser known ones, we're noticing the remake tag is somewhat more acceptable this time around. From all the clips they've sent us we've seen a lot, and if you check out our coverage daily you know we mean A Lot of clips, here's hoping we haven't seen to much...

For all of our "extensive" coverage of The Crazies please follow this link.

Synopsis: David Dutten is sheriff of Ogden Marsh, a picture-perfect American town with happy, law-abiding citizens. But one night, one of them comes to a school baseball game with a loaded shotgun, ready to kill. Another man burns down his own house-after locking his wife and young son in a closet inside.

Another Crazies Pic
For those of you unawares, the latest trend in moviemaking is filmmakers “tweeting” their projects online. The folks behind “The Crazies” remake are doing just that, and they’ve just tweeted a new image from their movie. (Yes, I hate myself for using words like “tweeted” as if it actually makes sense. And I hate the fact that my Wordpress edit box allows a word like “tweet” or “twitter” to go unmolested, while continually underlining the word “Wordpress” like it doesn’t exist. Seriously? What parallel universe am I living in here?) But I digress. A mysteriously contaminated water supply turns residents of a small Kansas town insane. Starring Timothy Olyphant, Danielle Panabaker, Radha Mitchell, Joe Anderson, Preston Bailey, Lisa K. Wyatt, Christie Lynn Smith, Larry Cedar, and Brett Wagner. Breck Eisner (”Sahara”) directs. Get crazies February 26, 2010. Via Twitter.
