The official YouTube account of Mbs unveiled a new trailer for the upcoming live-action adaptation of Shinichi Fukuda’s popular manga My Dress-Up Darling on Sep 25, 2024.
Two versions of the same trailer were released. One version of the trailer features the opening theme song “Princess Hero” by Cho Tokimeki Sendenbu, while the other version showcases the ending theme song “Lovely Baby” by Pedro.
The series is set to premiere on Oct 8, 2024 in the Dramaism programming block on Mbs, with additional broadcasts on TBS.

The official website for the upcoming live-action drama adaptation of Shinichi Fukuda's cosplay-themed romantic comedy manga series My Dress-Up Darling today released a poster visual (see above) featuring the two main cast members — Kota Nomura as the male protagonist, Wakana Gojo, and Riko Nagase as the main heroine, Marin Kitagawa. In this visual, Nomura shows his samue (work clothes Wakana wears when he creates dolls and cosplay costumes) costume for the first time.
