Jordan Yospe is recognized as one of the country's leading brand integration experts and an authority in sourcing, negotiating, and managing brand integration deals for feature films, television, new media, music, and video games. He also works on all other aspects of the integrated marketing space, including activation, endorsement, and sponsorship deals. His career has included working as both a large law firm lawyer, and as a producer in film and television.
Mr. Yospe's current work includes negotiating and drafting multimillion dollar integration and activation agreements, as well as executing the business and creative elements of those agreements during pre-production, principal photography, post-production, and domestic / international distribution. As former General Counsel and Head of Business & Legal Affairs at Mark Burnett Productions, Mr. Yospe was integrally involved in several well-known network television series, including "Survivor" and "Rock Star: INXS" with CBS; "The Apprentice" and "The Apprentice: Martha Stewart" with NBC; and "The Contender" with NBC and Dreamworks.
Mr. Yospe is a frequent speaker at film schools and law schools including UCLA, USC, and Loyola, speaks on major trade panels such as at Digital Hollywood, was named to Variety's Annual Dealmakers Impact Report List and multiple times to The Hollywood Reporter's annual "Power Lawyers" list; was named among the "Top 40 Entertainment Lawyers" by The Los Angeles Business Journal; was named in 2019 to The National Law Journal's Inaugural List of Sports & Entertainment Trailblazers; and his pioneering work on the integration of brands into entertainment was featured in a front page article in The New York Times.

Our core work is representing major film and television production companies in brand integration and marketing activation deals. In short, we pitch entertainment projects on behalf of producers to seamlessly integrate brands into the storylines of feature films, TV, new media, and music properties; negotiate and document those deals; follow through during pre-production, production, and post-production to ensure the integrations and/or make-goods; and further follow through during distribution to "activate" on the integrations.
Moreover, as a lawyer, I have in the past represented large brands (such as Coca-Cola, AT&T, Toyota, Sears/Kmart, Johnson & Johnson, Samsung, American Express, and Diageo) and smaller brands (such as popchips, Godiva, Pabst, Gallo, and King's Hawaiian) in their Hollywood deals in production and licensing.
