Leslie Zang was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and is the youngest of five siblings. She has Sicilian, German and French ancestry. Zang is a trained theatre actor and dancer who got her start in community theatre in St. Louis and later store-front theatre in Chicago. She studied improv at Second City and iO (improv Olympic).
