One of Adam Sandler's most panned films is getting a free streaming home. While most critics have advised against watching the movie, fans of the funnyman will be able to judge its quality for themselves without paying a dime.

On Jan. 1, Sandler's Jack and Jill will be made available to watch on the free streaming platform Tubi. Directed by Dennis Dugan with a story by Ben Zook, the film was co-written by Sandler alongside Steve Koren. The comedy movie featured Sandler starring in dual roles as Jack and Jill, twin siblings spending time with one another during the holidays. It was released in theaters on Nov. 11, 2011, and in terms of its finances, the movie was a modest success, as it grossed nearly $150 million, but with a fairly high budget of nearly $80 million.

Not that it will stop Adam Sandler from continuing to make increasingly shitacular movies, but it is kind of nice to finally see his cinematic abominations get recognized for the truly awful pieces of filmmaking they are.

Yesterday, appropriately on April Fool's Day, the Razzies handed out their statues for the best of the worst, and "Jack And Jill" swept the ceremony winning an award in every category. It was the first time in the history of Razzies that the feat was accomplished. So, congratulations Sandler, Dennis Dugan (who also won for "directing" "Just Go With It"), Al Pacino, Katie Holmes and everyone else -- you are now a part of a movie that will forever go down as one of the worst in movie history....until "Grown Ups 2."

A round of applause is deserved for Adam Sandler and Dennis Dugan. After breaking the Razzie nomination record, they have now set another milestone with their Jack & Jill winning every single category, a feat that hasn’t been accomplished its 32-year history. The 32nd Annual Razzie Awards observed several momentous firsts Sunday night. The celebration of the worst in filmmaking held its Santa Monica, Calif. ceremony on April 1 — i.e. April Fools Day — for the first time, breaking from its tradition of presenting its honors on the night before the Academy Awards. And for the first time in Razzie history, one film “won” every single Golden Raspberry handed out: Jack and Jill.

Yup, the Adam Sandler comedy about an ad exec (Sandler) and his obnoxious sister (also Sandler) earned Worst Picture, Actor, Actress, Director, Screenplay, and even the “Remake, Rip-Off or Sequel” award.

"Jack & Jill," starring Adam Sandler as both Jack And Jill, sets a new record by becoming the first film in the 32-year history of the Razzies to win every single category. The Razzies, of course, is the anti-Oscars meant to "honor" the worst movies of the year.

A day after the Oscars claimed to highlight 2011's best movies, Adam Sandler has received a record-breaking 11 nominations for the annual Razzie awards, which aim to recognise the year's poorest performances in film.

Sandler's haul is more than double the previous individual record of five nods held by Eddie Murphy for his 2007 film Norbit, a fairly staggering indictment. Most of the nominations are for the Us comic's film Jack and Jill, in which he plays a successful advertising executive whose irritating twin sister arrives for Thanksgiving. The comedy, which itself has 12 nods, will duke it out with The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1, which has eight nominations. Leading the pack with most nomination is Adam Sandler who earned a record breaking eleven nominations! These included his involvement with films such as Jack and Jill, Bucky Larson, and Just Go With It. I'm not really surprised by this, and I imagine it's not a surprise for him as well. The guy knows he's making crap movies.

This year's Razzie Awards will handed out on April 1st, 2012. The only film I've seen on this list is Transformers: Dark of the Moon. That being said, the worst movie that I did see last year was Tree of Life, which was nominated for Best Picture at the Academy Awards.

Standing as the complete antithesis of the likes of the Academy Awards in the annual award season, the Golden Raspberry Awards, also known as the Razzies, have announced the list of nominations for their 32nd ceremony, decreeing the worst in film in 2011.

Usually held one day before the Academy Awards, this year the Razzies are changing the game a bit, choosing instead to unveil their nominations this weekend, with the ceremony to take place on April 1st -- that's right, April Fools Day. So who earned the distinction in 2011 of the best at being the worst? Adam Sandler.

Breaking the previously record held by Eddie Murphy, Sandler earned 11 Razzie nominations in all for the Worst Achievements In Film in the past year ("Jack & Jill" earned a total of 12 nods). Starring in two movies -- "Just Go With It" and pulling double duty in "Jack & Jill" -- in addition to producing "Bucky Larson: Born to Be a Star," the Razzie folks had plenty to choose from in what was a banner year for Sandler mediocrity. "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 1" and "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" brought up the rear with seven nominations each.

On Oscar eve, Adam Sandler received some berry bad news -- all the three movies released by his Happy Madison Productions dominated the list of contenders for the 32nd Annual Razzie Awards!

Katie Holmes looks set to be starring with Adam Sandler, if rumours surrounding the actress’ next career move are to be believed.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actress – whose A-list lifestyle with Tom Cruise often hits headlines - is said to be in talks about playing Sandler’s wife in the funny-man’s latest venture, Jack and Jill.

The film will be directed by Dennis Dugan, who has worked on several Sandler films such as, Happy Gilmore, Grown-Ups, You Don't Mess With the Zohan and I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry.

Ben Zook, Robert Smigel and Steve Koren concocted the screenplay for a comedy set during Thanksgiving. Sandler is producing the film with his Happy Madison partners and has already persuaded Al Pacino to appear in the film as himself.

Adam Sandler plays both of the title roles in his upcoming comedy "Jack and Jill," but he's making room for one more: Katie Holmes.

The "Batman Begins" star is in talks to join the cast as Sandler's wife, The Hollywood Reporter reveals. The Thanksgiving-set story centers on Jack (Sandler), a family man whose twin sister (also Sandler) pays a holiday visit and then doesn't leave. In a bizarre twist, the movie also stars Al Pacino ... as himself.

"Jack and Jill" will be directed by Dennis Dugan, a longtime Sandler cohort. He most recently directed the former "Saturday Night Live" comic in "Grown-Ups," "You Don't Mess With the Zohan" and "I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry," but their relationship extends as far back as "Happy Gilmore."

    An actor playing a set of twins isn't uncommon in comedies and dramas alike (shivers of Jeremy Irons in Dead Ringer overtake me...) but what if it's brother and sister? And what if they're played by Adam Sandler? Funny or damn creepy? Sadly it ain't a sequel to Happy Gilmore - that would be funny, Sandler playing Happy and his biker-chick sister...- but a comedy pitch called Jack & Jill written by comedian Ben Zook. No idea what it's about so for now...

Columbia Pictures has pre-emptively acquired the spec Jack and Jill, by actor-scribe Ben Zook, for Jack Giarraputo and Adam Sandler to produce via their Sony-based Happy Madison banner. The comedy would serve as a possible starring vehicle for Sandler. Todd Garner brought the project to Happy Madison, and he will also produce through his Broken Road Prods. Columbia paid $350,000 against $1 million for the comedy, whose plot line the studio is keeping under wraps, though it is known to be about fraternal twins. Zook co-wrote, co-directed and co-starred in the 1999 comedy Can't Stop Dancing. Actingwise, he is working on Lifetime's Lovespring and has Tom, Dick, and Harry set up at New Line and I Hate Valentine's Day at Revolution. Zook is repped by Viviano-Feldman Entertainment and attorney Karl Austen. Sandler next appears in Sony's comedy Click. He is repped by Endeavor and Brillstein-Grey.
