The 40th anniversary celebrations continue as Magical Angel Creamy Mami casts its spell over a brand new tour stop. And with that new stop comes new art and new events! The tour, which began in Tokyo in 2023, has confirmed a stop in Yokohama in November 2024. This latest addition to the tour will feature a brand new piece of artwork by series character designer Akemi Takada, bringing to life Mami's last show from the final episode. On November 3, Tokyo Kasei University will host Record Day 2024 : Japan's largest event dedicated to analog records. It only seems fitting for Creamy Mami—Studio Pierrot's magical, musical Showa-era idol—to put out a new release for the occasion! Fans of 80s music can grab a new cassette tape release of last year's Magical Angel Creamy Mami 80's on Vinyl , which features ten songs from Magical Angel Creamy Mami newly recorded by lead voice actress Takako Ohta. The tape will be priced at 2,300 yen. No cassette player? No problem! A mini cassette player will also be available, featuring art of Yu and her alter ego Mami. The player is sold separately and priced at 5,980 yen.
