Jim Bernstein graduated from the USC School of Cinematic Arts and got his big break writing for "Homeboys in Outer Space." Then he got his real big break writing for "Family Guy" in 1998. He has written for numerous live-action and animated shows including "Andy Richter Controls the Universe", "American Dad" and "Phineas and Ferb." He co-created "Mighty Med" for Disney XD and won an Emmy in 2021 for co-writing "Phineas and Ferb: The Movie - Candace Against the Universe."
