Thomas Forrester has been absent from The Bold and the Beautiful for some time. It’s possible that his character will be recast down the line. Fans might see themselves looking at a whole new Thomas. He could also come back with a whole new attitude.

SoapHub revealed that Matthew Atkinson removed B&b from his Instagram bio in November. Fans wondered if he was off the show for good. Atkinson hasn’t confirmed his contract status. He’s busy embracing the joys of fatherhood. Atkinson just welcomed a son with his wife, Brytnee Ratledge.

Thomas has a lot to celebrate as well. He finally has a family he’s been wanting. He returned to the show in June to announce that he and Paris (Diamond White) were engaged. The couple left to plan their nuptials.

A big, fancy wedding wasn’t on the horizon for Paris and Thomas.

According to the folks over at soapcentral, we’re about to see yet another main guy leave CBS’ hit soap opera show “The Bold And The Beautiful.” It turns out that actor Pierson Fode (above) who plays Thomas Forrester has decided to step down from the role after portraying it for the past three years! As usual, Soap Opera Digest got the big interview with him to get a statement about his departure. He said this was one of the hardest decisions that he’s ever had to make. Apparently, he got some other big acting opportunities that just won’t allow him to keep filming ‘The Bold And The Beautiful” at the same time. He explained to them, “I’ll tell you what. As far as my time goes in Los Angeles, this has been one of the hardest decisions I’ve made. I’ve invested two-and-a-half years of my life into this.
