The American cultural landscape is littered with the ghosts of the Kennedy dynasty, but none haunt the imagination quite like John F. Kennedy Jr. He exists less as a historical figure and more as a perpetual cultural artifact, a symbol of promise frozen in time. Decades after his death, the fascination persists, feeding a cottage industry of remembrance.
The latest entry is CNN’s three-part docuseries, American Prince: JFK Jr., a polished and comprehensive revisit of a life lived under the relentless glare of a global spotlight. The series positions itself as an effort to see beyond the tabloid nickname “John-John” and the tragic headlines that defined him.
It attempts to excavate the man from the myth, framing its narrative around the central conflict of his existence: the lifelong struggle to forge a personal and professional identity against the crushing weight of a name that was never truly his own.

Jennifer Aniston’s latest statement about Matthew Perry hits hard for Friends fans. She shared in an interview with Vanity Fair that the other five stars had been mourning Perry long before his death on October 28, 2023, at the age of 54. The actor who played Chandler Bing on the show was found dead in a jacuzzi at his home, and the death was determined to be caused by the acute effects of ketamine.
Aniston shared that she and her co-stars “did everything we could when we could.” However, they were unable to help Perry, who had struggled with substance abuse issues since his time on the show. Aniston went on to share that Perry fought a hard battle, adding that part of her “thinks this is better.” She shared with the outlet:

Days after HBO confirmed And Just Like Thatwill end with Season 3, the Sex and the Citysequel haslost its #1 spot on HBO’s streaming charts. Despite a strong global presence on the platform throughout July and early August 2025, the show has slipped to #3 in the U.S., and has exited the Top 5 entirely in countries including Argentina, Georgia, and Armenia.
And Just Like That is currently sitting at the #2 spot on HBO’s Top 10 TV Shows as of August 7. The show, which stars Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw, trails behind Julian Fellowes’ period drama, The Gilded Age. Adult Swim’s Rick and Morty sits at #3 and is building steady momentum. Despite the drop, though, And Just Like That remains a dominant title across several other regions.

This post contains spoilers from And Just Like That season 3 episode 11 from this point forward.
And just like that, we're only one episode away from saying goodbye to Carrie Bradshaw seemingly forever. Two weeks before the And Just Like That season 3 finale, HBO Max announced that the Sex and the City sequel series would be coming to an end thereafter, with no season 4 to follow. Now that episode 11 is in the books, there's only one episode left to wrap everything up in a bow.
According to showrunner Michael Patrick King, the final season decision was made while writing season 3 and wasn't shared with fans as to not ruin the experience of watching the new episodes. However, after watching the penultimate episode, it's puzzling to think how the story will come to an end for each of the characters when some of their endgames seem so out of reach.

Just Like That… show runner, writer and director Michael Patrick King announced on Friday that the HBO series will come to a close after three seasons.
The show, a revival of Sex and the City, has been widely regarded as an inferior follow-up to the original show and received largely negative reviews. Critics have bashed episodes for weak plot lines that lack humor and sincerity, as well as uncomfortably forced attempts to incorporate more diversity.
In his Friday statement, King shared, “And just like that… the ongoing storytelling of the Sex and the City universe is coming to an end.”
He continued, “While I was writing the last episode of And Just Like That… season 3, it became clear to me that this might he a wonderful place to stop. Along with Sarah Jessica Parker, Casey Bloys and Sarah Aubrey, we decided to end the popular series this year with a two-part finale.

Best known for Friends, Jane Sibbett has had quite an impressive career. While the actress’s most memorable role was playing Ross’ ex-wife, Carol Willick, she has starred in several projects over the years, having a net worth of $2 million according to CelebrityNetWorth. However, interestingly enough, she seems to have been living on the outskirts of Hollywood since 2002.
After starring in Cuba Gooding Jr.’s Snow Dogs, the actress seems to have taken a step back from acting. While she is starring in projects here and there, the 2002 film was her last time starring in a theatrical release film. Instead, she has chosen to work in direct-to-video and television films, as well as individual episodes, since then, having quite a low-key career.
With this, one cannot help but wonder what could have pushed her in such a direction.

She was brought to life by Sarah Jessica Parker and has become a household name since Sex and the City debuted in 1998. An on-screen friend or sister to many women watching, Bradshaw either gave them the courage to live life freely or was an example of who not to be. Alongside other characters like Charlotte York (Kristin Davis), Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon), and Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall), the romantic comedy drama became a classic, with two feature films and a sequel series, And Just Like That... After saying goodbye to Bradshaw once, viewers must gear up to repeat it as the sequel iscoming to an end.

Andy Cohen became the latest big name to cameo on “And Just Like That” — which will wrap its third and final season on August 14 — appearing as an employee at Bergdorf Goodman named Daniel. Cohen joins many, many other celebrities that have appeared on the “Sex and the City” sequel series, including Patti LuPone, Rosie O’Donnell, Jenifer Lewis, Sam Smith, Drew Barrymore, Billy Dee Williams, Gloria Steinem, Tony Danza, Candice Bergen… the list goes on.
But fictional TV, Cohen explained on his podcast (via EW), isn’t his natural habitat. It took a while to get his take, which involved him assisting Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) with shoe shopping. “I think the line in the script was just like, ‘Oh hey, Carrie, I’ll be with you in a sec,'” he explained. As simple as that line may sound, for Cohen, “Shooting these shows… is very difficult.”

And Just Like That is coming to a close after its third season, but this isn’t the usual TV story of networks pulling the plug. Showrunner Michael Patrick King made it clear via Indiewire: this ending is happening because the creative team feels it’s time, not because of ratings, bad press, or outside pressure. As King finished the scripts for the final episodes, he realized the story had reached its natural endpoint. He said:

[This story contains spoilers from the 10th episode of And Just Like That season three, “Better Than Sex.”]
It’s true: Carrie and Aidan are over.
Last week’s episode of And Just Like That delivered the Sex and the City sequel series’ biggest breakup yet when Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Aidan (John Corbett) mutually decided to end their long-distance romance, as it was revealed that Aidan still couldn’t get over Carrie cheating on him with the late Big (Chris Noth) more than 20 years ago.
