Todd attended the University of Irvine, and began his career at Lucasfilm in the 90s. He's been a union picture editor and visual effects editor for over 20 years. A writer for the Motion Picture Editor Guilds magazine, and instructor at the American Film Institute in visual effects editing. From 2009-2013 he was the lead editor at The Third Floor Inc. previsualization company.
