After Nicole Eggert accused Scott Baio of forcing their former “Charles in Charge” co-star Josie Davis to remove her pants for him when she was 13 years old, Davis has come out to say no way.
Davis said Eggert’s accusation is “completely false.”
On Wednesday, Eggert — who has previously made sexual misconduct accusations against Baio on her own behalf — told the actor’s fans on Twitter to, “Ask Scott Baio why he demanded Josie Davis pull her pants down when she was 13…”

Though Eggert deleted the tweet, Davis had already seen it and responded in kind on Thursday.
“I only had a positive and professional relationship with him,” Davis wrote, after denying any “inappropriate” behavior occurred between her and Baio. “Out of respect for those involved I will not be responding further on the matter.”
Back in January, Eggert accused Baio of molesting her when she was a minor, and then took her accusations to the police, meeting with the Los Angeles Police Department in February to say that Baio sexually abused her when she was a minor.

“From the beginning, Nicole Eggert’s inconsistent stories have proven her claims to be untrue,” Brian Glicklich, a spokesperson for Baio, said in a statement to TheWrap on Friday, following Davis’ defense of Baio. “Now she has tripped over her words once again, and it is time to recognize this charade for what it is. Scott is profoundly grateful to Josie Davis for her integrity and decency.”
See Eggert’s now-deleted Twitter exchange and Davis’ tweet below.

What do Maureen Flannigan, Keith Coogan, and Josie Davis have in common? Aside from being former child stars from neon-splattered ’80s sitcoms, the three are all CCOKCs (pronounced exactly how you think it is): Child Celebrities Opposing Kirk Cameron.

Even with Intersect 2.0, season three of Chuck has been sticking to the show's general formula up until Shaw decided to shake things up. In this Chris Fedak penned script, Chuck went on his first solo mission.
While we loved the generic formula every episode prior stuck to, we've been waiting for the supposed "game changer" that Intersect 2.0 was meant to be. For the first time, "Chuck Versus First Class" gaveus a taste of what that's going to be like.
Sure, Casey, Sarah and Shaw were there by phone and some remote control plane to help, but Chuck had to carry the mission, and episode on his own. The show continues to let Chuck slowly grow, and this time our Nerd Herder was able to properly use the Intersect both times required, even if he never got to take advantage of those nunchucks.
We were getting sick of Chuck's Intersect...

Fear Itself, Mick Garris' noble but short-lived attempt to bring horror back to network television, has just hit DVD (read our review here). One person who will not be buying the DVD is actress Josie Davis' father. "My poor Dad was really bothered by it," she laughs.
Josie Davis, who has appeared in numerous TV shows like Beverly Hills 90210 and Titans, starred in one of the most intense Fear episodes, 'Family Man', where her sweet, Church-going husband trades bodies with a serial killer who targets families.
"My Dad will Not be getting the box set because he was utterly horrified by my episode," the striking actress laughs. "My husband gets killed in the beginning, and a serial killer takes over my husband's body and takes over my life! When he comes home one night, I'm his innocent wife and he rapes and kills me.
"I did 'Family Man' with Freddy V.

Aside from Season 4's circus episode, I tend to enjoy when Bones sets a crime in a culture that Brennan, an anthropologist, gets to explore. Last night, we hit the suburbs where the remains of a man were found out the bottom of a barbecue pit during a neighborhood's annual block luau. Sweets earned his paycheck, helping Booth and Brennan to understand that suburbanites identify themselves as one. Cheating your neighbor out of money and screwing around on your wife with a mother and daughter (ewwww.com) are acceptable deviations, and slipping someone's dog a laxative for peeing on your...

Spring is a season of renewal, particularly in the movie business, where the completion of the awards derby allows Amy Adams to segue from playing a solemn nun in "Doubt" to a klutzy crime scene cleaner in "Sunshine Cleaning." Along with "Sunshine," there are plenty of festival favorites about to get their day in the sun, whether that's in theaters, on DVD or on demand online or on TV. This preview recognizes the many ways to get your indie film fix, as well as the special events you might want to head out to if you live in New York or Los Angeles, including "The Brothers Bloom" director Rian Johnson's week-long con man movie "Festival of Fakery" at L.A.'s famed New Beverly Cinema, about which we recently spoke to the director. But regardless of whether we're watching films from the past or present, we're looking forward to the next couple months.

Actress Josie Davis plays a part in the new movie coming out this February 27th called The Trouble With Romance.
The movie is the directorial debut for Nicolas Cage, with an intriguing trailer and look into the trouble with love and romance. One storyline in the movie includes a lesbian encounter between Davis and co-star Portia Dawson. When asked about the movie by the World Entertainment News Network Davis mentioned the scene telling WENN "I'm not into girls and the scene was not easy for me. It was definitely a challenge." Now, I don't know if you have ever seen Portia Dawson, but she is a hottie! I know there are plenty of lesbian actresses who would have loved to play Josie Davis' role just for a chance to romp around with Portia Dawson a little.
To add insult to injury look what else she told WENN:
