The Deadman clearly wasn’t thrilled and sent some serious threats Trick’s way. But Trick, riding high on confidence, didn’t flinch. Instead, he fired right back and called out The Undertaker during the latest episode of Raw.

You know, the truth is I ain’t got no problem with The Undertaker, The Undertaker got a problem with me. It was his Lfg boys sitting in the way after I had a match. So I stood on business and I told them to move. But Undertaker, since you wanna talk, let’s talk then.

10 Things You Didn’t Know About Mike Tyson’s Wife Lakiha Spicer
Image
Mike Tyson and Lakiha Spicer have known each other since the late 1990s, and they have been married since 2009. Spicer is the third wife of the former undisputed heavyweight champion. He was previously married to Robin Givens from 1988 to 1989 and then to Monica Turner from 1997 to 2003.

Both these marriages ended up being a disaster. However, his marriage to Spicer has been going on for more than a decade and a half. He has credited Lakiha, aka Kiki Spicer, for turning his life around and helping him out with his personal life troubles, like drug addiction and millions of dollars in debt.

Tyson welcomed his first child, Mikey Lorna Tyson, with ex-girlfriend Kimberly Scarborough. He had sons, Ramsey Tyson and Amir Tyson, with Turner. He had his son Miguel Lión Tyson and late daughter Exodus with ex-girlfriend Sol Xochitl. Tyson and Spicer share two kids.

Donald Trump Claims Kamala Harris Paid Beyonce $11 Million For Endorsement, Announces …
Image
Reading Time: 3 minutes

When news of Joe Biden’s cancer diagnosis went public, Donald Trump offered what appeared to be sincere words of support to the former president and his family.

But a man can’t suppress his true nature forever, so a few hours later, the president was back to doing what he does best: trolling celebrities and spreading wild conspiracy theories.

As we previously reported, Trump launched an unprovoked attack on Taylor Swift last week, incurring the wrath of millions of Swifties in the process.

If the Power Is Too Much to Handle for Mike Tyson I’m Not Surprised This WWE Veteran Got KOed by Evander Holyfield
Image
Mike Tyson was a brutal boxer in his prime, and nobody could withstand his brutal punches when he was in his zone. However, one fighter could get the better of him, and it was Evander Holyfield. Tyson lost twice to Holyfield, making the boxer’s WWE appearance more impactful.

Holyfield made his WWE appearance in 2007 when he took part in a boxing match. He was brought in as a replacement for Mvp during his feud with Matt Hardy. Mvp was suffering from legitimate cardiac complications, and the surprise appearance of Evander Holyfield to replace him sent shockwaves through the WWE, and the fans were ready to watch the boxer step into the wrestling arena.

Surprisingly, the night ended with Mvp getting knocked out cold by Holyfield. It was no surprise because Holyfield was the person who survived Mike Tyson and could deliver some brutal blows.

Five Times Athletes Guest-Starred on a Sitcom and Couldn’t Act to Save Their Lives
Image
When a professional athlete is the special guest star of a sitcom, it’s almost always a strikeout/fumble/missed shot. Some sports fans might be so charmed by a player’s athletic prowess that they can overlook it, but a swole dude awkwardly waiting for his cue and then reciting a line with a delivery more wooden than a baseball bat is usually unwatchable.

You can find examples of this in almost every long-running sitcom, but these are five of the most egregious…

The most infamous moment of first baseman Bill Buckner’s baseball career was when a ground ball went through his legs during a pivotal moment of the 1986 World Series. Theo Von Dunks on the Paul Brothers for Their Stupid Pranks and Fake Boxing Bouts
Image
At yesterday’s re-inauguration of President Donald Trump, Jake and Logan Paul purportedly played a clichéd prank on Theo Von, sparking a feud that would quickly spill onto social media. If Washington could see us now, he’d surrender to King George.

Yesterday’s indoor festivities for the 47th President of the United States saw numerous social media magnates and social media celebrities flood into the Capitol to “salute” the incoming Commander-in-Chief and score millions of clicks for the content created at the solemn event. When Von, a popular stand-up comedian and podcaster who interviewed Trump during the campaign trail, arrived at the ceremony, he found himself seated in front of the Paul Brothers, a popular content creation duo that specializes in fake fighting, both in the WWE and in the boxing ring where 28-year-old Jake recently “defeated” 58-year-old Mike Tyson in front of a roaring crowd of other content...

Was Mike Tyson’s Life Saved By Psychedelic Mushrooms?
Image
Did psychedelics save Mike Tyson? (Photo Credit – Instagram)

The heavyweight champ Mike Tyson, who once knocked out grown men in seconds, says psilocybin turned him from a self-destructive trainwreck into someone who finally feels at peace.

“Everyone thought I was crazy—I bit this guy’s ear off!” Tyson quipped, throwing back to his wild 1997 brawl with Evander Holyfield. “Once I got introduced to the shrooms… my whole life changed.”

At his peak, Tyson was untouchable in the ring. But behind the curtain? He was fighting a far scarier opponent—himself. The voice in his head was brutal, pushing him to the brink of suicide. Enter psychedelics. Tyson didn’t just dabble; he dove in. And the shift was immediate. “To think where I was—almost suicidal—to this now,” he said. “Isn’t life a trip, man?”

Mike Tyson Should Never Box Again, Says Dave Allen As He Can Easily Beat Him?
Image
Dave Allen believes Mike Tyson shouldn’t box anymore ( Photo Credit – Instagram )

The drama started after Tyson posted some intense pad work videos, sparking speculation about a potential comeback. Fans were excited, but Allen? Not so much. He thinks it’s all a bit of a pipe dream. He called it as he saw it: “For that reason alone, he should never box again.”

Now, let’s not forget Tyson’s heyday. He was a bona fide wrecking ball. But Allen’s got a different take now. Sure, Tyson reigned supreme, but that was a lifetime ago. Having taken some savage losses—Lennox Lewis, Danny Williams, and Kevin McBride—Tyson’s career isn’t exactly the stuff of legends anymore.

Allen doesn’t mince words. “Mike Tyson’s one of the greatest fighters of all time,” he asserted, “but you can’t turn back the clock.” True, though—Tyson’s glory days are gone now.

Mike Tyson's Ear Incident Explained: What Really Happened During The 1997 Match Against Evander Holyfield

Mike Tyson is one of the most accomplished boxers of all time, but he has also become known for some of his most controversial moments as well. Tyson was the undisputed heavyweight from 1987 to 1990, and out of 58 total fights, Tyson holds 50 wins. Mike Tyson Explains Biting-Glove Habit, Jake Paul Slammed For One-Sided Boxing Match
Image
Mike Tyson has revealed an unusual fixation in his post-match interview in the Dallas boxing ring, where he lost to his opponent Jake Paul.

Asked why he was so often seen biting down on his own left boxing glove, the former heavyweight champion replied: “I have a habit of biting my gloves, yes.”

Asked why, he replied: “Um, I have a biting fixation.”

Jake Paul-Mike Tyson Fight Live Blog: Folie à Deux

Ladies and gentlemen: Are you ready to rumble?!

Well, too bad — we’re rumbling anyway. Nearly one year to the day after being announced — and following one false start in July due to stomach ulcers — Jake Paul and Mike Tyson faced off in the ring Friday night for one of the most mega-hyped events in sports history.

This unlikely showdown between Paul, a 27-year-old former YouTube star, and Tyson, a 58-year-old former undisputed heavyweight with his own, Gen X-beloved video game, is virtually impossible to ignore — and marks a giant leap forward in terms of Netflix’s live-streaming ambitions.

If promoters Most Valuable Promotions are to be believed, the fight will be the most-watched in history. Netflix has not announced any viewership expectations. Paul himself predicted that 25 million would tune in.

Before a single punch had been thrown, it had already been one of the most debated, reviled and mocked fights ever mounted.

Jimmy Fallon used Thursday night’s “Tonight Show” monologue to take aim at the boxing match between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, which gets underway on Netflix on Friday night. But he kicked off with a joke that doubled as a piece of NBCUniversal synergy for the upcoming “Wicked” movie.

The host turned his ire towards the 30-year age gap between Tyson and Paul, making a pretty striking comparison.

Why Mike Tyson Came Out Of Retirement To Fight Jake Paul
Image
This article makes reference to sexual assault.

Netflix's second installment of Countdown: Paul vs Tyson, which prefaces the pair's much-anticipated boxing match on November 15, peers into both boxer's camps as they prepare to fight. The contest has caught the public's imagination, pitching Tyson against Paul, a 58-year-old legend of the sport, versus a 27-year-old YouTuber who has crossed over into the boxing arena after conquering social media. Boxing Hall-of-Famer and subsequent actor Tyson is an ex-heavyweight champion of the world, with a legitimate claim to have been the sport's most visible and controversial figure of the last 30 years.

Many boxing experts also consider him to have been one of the sport's best. Tyson had a 20-year professional career between 1985 and 2005, notching 19 knockout wins in his first 19 professional fights, before becoming the sport's youngest-ever world heavyweight champion at 21 when he defeated Trevor Berbick in Las Vegas in 1986. Where Are These Former DWTS Pro's Today?
Image
With over 30 seasons, Dancing With the Stars has seen major celebrities put on dancing shoes for a chance to win the coveted mirrorball trophy. However, the dancing professionals responsible for making these celebs look like naturals on the dance floor have become famous in their own right.

Pros like siblings Julianne Hough and Derek Hough have become household names, while dancers Sasha Farber and Gleb Savchenko are making headlines for their showmances (and hilarious TikToks).

There have been several pros throughout the history of DWTS. Some have become more famous than others, but here's a low down on the pros that seemingly disappeared from the spotlight once they exited the show.

Why Antonio Sabàto Jr. Believes ‘DWTS’ Is Rigged
Image
Is every little detail about Dancing with the Stars totally organic? Season 19 contestant Antonio Sabato Jr. doesn’t think so. The actor and model once competed on the show back in 2014. When he recently reflected on that time, he didn’t have the nicest things to say. These are the details of Antonio‘s personal experience performing on the hit reality TV show.

Antonio Sabàto Jr. Doesn’t Remember DWTS Fondly

Antonio sat down with another former Dancing With the Stars contestant, Cheryl Burke. He joined her on her podcast, Sex, Lies, and Spray Tans to chat it up. At one point, he told Cheryl, “To be honest, I think that that the show is partly rigged in a sense. Yeah, it is rigged.” He went on to say:

“First of all, if you’re not a dancer or you don’t have dancing skills from a young age, you’re not going to win.

Athletes Who Competed On DWTS
Image
Dancing With the Stars showcases celebrities from across all industries competing for the mirrorball trophy. However, the celebs that really surprise fans the most with their footwork are all the athletes that have made their way to the DWTS stage. It's not every day that you see the likes of NBA player Dwight Howard, who towers at over 6 feet, swap out his basketball sneakers for dancing shoes. But, that's what fans and viewers alike will get to see when he competes in Season 33 this fall.

There have been a plethora of athletes who have bravely come out on the DWTS dance floor to showcase that they have what it takes to win it all. In fact, there's even been an entire season dedicated to athletes. Season 26 featured the likes of Kareem Adul-Jabbar, Tonya Harding, and Adam Rippon, who took home the mirrorball trophy. Bel-Air Season 3s Dk Metcalf Cameo Continues An Iconic Tradition From Will Smith's Original Fresh Prince Show
Image
Bel-Air season 3 featured a cameo from Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Dk Metcalf, which continues one of the most iconic traditions from Will Smiths original Fresh Prince show. Dk Metcalf appeared in the Bel-Air season 3 finale, which had some shocking cliffhanger endings that set up a dramatic and thrilling potential season 4. The series has taken some inspiration from the show that inspired it but has set itself apart through original characterization and storylines.

The Fresh Prince cameos in Bel-Air are nice reminders of not just the show that came before, but the actors who made it so great. Bel-Airs individuality is part of the reason it has become such a big success for Peacock. Viewers dont have to have seen The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air to understand and enjoy Bel-Air, but it still satisfies fans of the original show. The Bel-Air cast has made the characters their own, but moments...

DWTS Contestant Still Doesn't Know The Cause Of His Brother's Death
Image
What's great about a reality TV show like Dancing With the Stars is the various celebrity contestants that choose to bravely showcase their footwork and compete for the coveted mirrorball trophy. For over 30 seasons, viewers have watched celebs of all walks of life dance the Cha-Cha, Foxtrot, and freestyle with their dancing professionals.

Previous seasons have cast controversial contestants and there have also been very memorable ones, too. Season 29 saw NFL athlete Vernon Davis compete with his professional partner Peta Murgatroyd. It was clear that Vernon was better known for his moves on the football field than on the DWTS stage after being eliminated 5th. Still, he was just one of many athletes that have had the courage to join DWTS.

Sadly, Vernon's name came back into the spotlight when his family suffered a terrible tragedy. Vernon's brother, Vontae Davis, who also played professionally, died in April, and the cause of death is still unknown.

Knock Out Blonde: The Kellie Maloney Story review – trans boxing promoter fights for identity
Lennox Lewis
After steering Lennox Lewis to world heavyweight success, her transition to Kellie was a tabloid sensation. This intimate and moving documentary tells us much more

This is one of those documentaries that feels like it directs itself, so improbable is its story: The Peckham-born Catholic and heavyweight boxing promoter formerly known as Frank Maloney finally acknowledges the gender confusion that has dogged her life and, in her early 60s, transitions to becoming Kellie. In particular, the scenes where Maloney builds up to telling each of her three children that she is a woman play out in strange parallel to the succession of bouts we previously see her client Lennox Lewis undergo chasing the world title. There are similar undertones of destiny too. “This journey is not one that you choose, this journey chooses you,” Maloney says just before her crucial reassignment surgery.

Where Knock Out Blonde is not so sharp...

Mike Tyson Enters Cannabis Industry By Selling Edible Pot Gummies In The Shape Of Evander Holyfield’s Ear
Image
Former professional boxer Mike Tyson has entered the cannabis industry in New York, joining the lineup of celebrities selling weed in his home state.

Celebrities have launched product lines and secured endorsement deals over the last decade as the use of cannabis was becoming legalized in many states. New York joined the states allowing legal recreational weed last year.

The former champ, 57, recently released the Tyson 2.0 line, including smokable flower varieties named Tiger Mintz and Knockout Og. He also sold gummies shaped like Evander Holyfield‘s ear, a reference to when he bit Holyfield’s ear during a 1997 bout, one of the six fights he lost.

Tyson is one of the biggest names in the industry so far.

During a recent public appearance in Manhattan, hundreds of fans were spotted trying to buy the cannabis from him. The former boxer made over $40,000 in sales within a few hours at two participating dispensaries.

The Final Bell: Showtime Marks ‘End Of An Era’ With Special As Premium Cabler Wraps Boxing Coverage – Watch
Image
Showtime is hanging up its gloves.

After 37 years of boxing action, Showtime Sports has signed off for the final time. Paramount Global confirmed in October that the network’s sports operation will be dissolved by the end of the year, with future sports programming falling under the CBS Sports banner. Sports chief Stephen Espinoza and his team will depart at the end of the year.

Now Showtime Boxing’s four decades chronicling the sport, the athletes involved and some of its greatest bouts has been documented in End of an Era, a 38-minute special produced by multi-time Emmy-winner Sam Shouvlin and Emmy-nominated All Access director Nick Manning.

Among those bouts are “Marvelous” Marvin Hagler’s defeat of John “The Beast” Mugabi, both of Mike Tyson’s epic battles with Razor Ruddock, Evander Holyfield bouts with Buster Douglas and Michael Morrer, Tyson-Holyfield I and II, Pernell Whitaker vs. Julio César Chávez,...

Mike Tyson says there’s a “strong possibility” Jamie Foxx is still playing him in biopic
Image
The Mike Tyson biopic has been bouncing around the ring for years, with Jamie Foxx set to play Iron Mike over a span that has seen the project go from a theatrically released film directed by Martin Scorsese to a limited series helmed by Antoine Fuqua and title changes from Finding Mike to Tyson. And while Foxx’s recent health scare put many on high alert, Tyson himself is hoping that the Oscar winner will still be able to put on the gloves.

Speaking with Valuetainment, Mike Tyson said that there is still a chance that Jamie Foxx will play him in the biopic, but doesn’t know what the recent circumstances could lead to. “It was a possibility. You know, I don’t know what’s gonna happen now, but you know, it’s a strong possibility…Jamie’s closer to my age, so in order to do him,...

Judge Mills Lane Dies: Syndicated TV Judge & Boxing Referee Was 85
Mills Lane
Mills Lane, the judge and former boxer who presided over three seasons of the show Judge Mills Lane, has died at the age of 85, according to his son, Tommy Lane. Lane was known as a boxer and boxing referee before his time in court. His diminutive stature, fighting at just 147 pounds, didn’t stop him from gaining respect in the boxing world. His famous phrase “Let’s get it on!” became a catchphrase during his court show — carried over from his time in the ring. After serving in the Marines in the 1950s, he had a successful career as a welterweight boxing champion, holding a professional record of 10 wins, one loss, and six knockouts. He went on to acquire a law degree and eventually became a District Judge in 1990. As a referee, he presided over one of the most infamous boxing matches in the history of the sport — the 1997 heavyweight...

TV Judge Mills Lane Dead at 85

Mills Lane, who parlayed his fame as a boxing referee into his own daytime court show, has died at the age of 85. His son Tommy confirmed the news to the Reno Gazette Journal; Lane suffered a debilitating stroke in 2002 and was in hospice care for the past week.

A boxer in his youth who served in the U.S. Marine Corps, Lane worked as a prosecutor in Nevada, later becoming a district attorney and judge while moonlighting as a boxing referee. Lane oversaw some of the biggest heavyweight fights of the ’80s and ’90s, including the infamous 1997 title bout between Mike Tyson...

Mills Lane Dies: TV Judge And Boxing Referee Of The Tyson-Holyfield “Bite Fight” Was 85
Image
Mills Lane, the flinty boxer turned referee who became a judge in Washoe County, Nv before segueing to his own courtroom TV show, has died. His son Tommy Lane confirmed the news to the Reno Gazette Journal. The boxing hall of famer was 85.

A familiar face to boxing fans not just for his presence but also for his pre-fight catchphrase “Let’s get it on!”, Lane reached the peak of his popularity after being the third man in the ring for the 1997 heavyweight title fight between Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield in which Tyson bit part of Holyfield’s ear off. The diminutive Lane — who himself fought at 147 pounds — was the one who pried the two apart and, his own shirt stained with Holyfield’s blood, later disqualified Tyson.

Mike Tyson Launches Cannabis-Infused Gummy Ears With Evander Holyfield
Image
In a scoop that we promise isn’t a fever dream, Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield are releasing one of the weirdest product collaborations to date. The boxing legends and former rivals are referencing a famous incident during a 1997 heavyweight title fight when Tyson bit off a chunk of Holyfield’s ear with this new line of cannabis gummies.

Tyson has already been in the cannabis space with a line of “Mike Bites” gummies that have been selling well, and now they’ll be expanding to these “Holy Ears” products which will be like you may expect, a gummy ear with a bite mark in it. He has recently advocated for the benefits of it, and cracked to HuffPost “If I was on cannabis, I wouldn’t have bit [his] ear!”

Mike, review: Middleweight miniseries makes you feel pity for one of sport’s biggest villains
Image
It had to begin with the ear. For all Mike Tyson’s myriad achievements, his scandals and crimes, his knockouts and losses, he will always be remembered as the man who bit Evander Holyfield’s ear off. It is with this visceral image that Mike, a new TV drama miniseries on Disney Plus, begins. After a quick glimpse at the money shot, such that it is, Mike rewinds to the early Seventies, when Tyson was a child. From there, we follow him through his life, ducking and weaving between his painful upbringing, his rise to become world heavyweight boxing champion, and his downfall.

Most people will be familiar with the gist of Tyson’s story. The way he dominated in the ring. His prison sentence after being convicted of rape. His facial tattoo. His pet tiger. Mike isn’t that interested in the tabloid eccentricities of Tyson’s life – but...

Showmance or the Real Deal? Investigating the Couples of Dancing With the Stars

One warm June afternoon back in 2005, a New Kid, a Bachelorette and a soap actress sashayed onto an L.A. sound stage and the world of ballroom, competitive dance and spray tans was never quite the same.  When the concept of Dancing With the Stars was first floated, the premise was met with a healthy dose of skepticism, even a few outright laughs from the host of a well-known L.A. morning radio program. Sure, they'd scrounged up six celebs to commit weeks of their life to learning the cha-cha and the tango and they were names you'd at least heard before, but would anyone really take time out of their...

Mike TV Review
Image
Plot: Mike is an unauthorized and no-holds-barred look at the life of Mike Tyson – and it is one wild ride. The 8-episode limited series explores the tumultuous ups and downs of Tyson’s boxing career and personal life – from being a beloved global athlete to a pariah and back again. Focusing the lens on Mike Tyson, the series examines class in America, race in America, fame and the power of media, misogyny, the wealth divide, the promise of the American Dream and ultimately our own role in shaping Mike’s story.

Review: Mike Tyson is a divisive and controversial figure in pop culture. For sports fans, he remains one of the most exciting and talented boxers to ever wear the heavyweight championship belt. For some, he is the hilarious cameo that made The Hangover one of the biggest hits of 2009. For still others, he is a convicted rapist with a...
