Mark Measures, owner and president of talent agency Kmr, was arraigned in the Manhattan Criminal Court on Tuesday after allegedly stealing money from the clients he represented.

Measures is alleged to have stolen $1.8 million from 160 actors based in New York and about $26,000 from six employees between June 2021 and March 2024. He was arraigned Tuesday as part of a 40-count indictment, which included one count of scheme to defraud in the first degree, three counts of grand larceny in the second degree, 28 counts of grand larceny in the third degree, five counts of grand larceny in the fourth degree and three counts of petit larceny.

Measures pleaded not guilty.

Measures represented clients including Elizabeth Perkins and Merrin Dungey on their voicework, and was a talent agent for clients including the late Wink Martindale and Meredith Monroe.

In court, prosecutors claimed that Measures “raided” the escrow account in which the agency kept their clients’ earnings.

Dawsons Creek fans will only have to wait until November 15, 2024, to stream the 26-year-old series that put the CW on the map. Tubi will begin streaming the series, which ran for six seasons, from 1998 to 2003, for free on that date.

Taking place in the fictional town of Capeside, Massachusetts, Dawsons Creek, starred James Van Der Beek as Dawson Leery, Katie Holmes as his best friend, Joey Potter, Joshua Jackson as Pacey Witter, and Michelle Williams as Jen Lindley. It was created by Kevin Williamson and premiered on the WB network on January 20, 1998. In September 2006, the WB merged with Upn to become the CW.

James Van Der Beek and Kerr Smith are looking back at filming Dawson’s Creek and recalled some death-defying experiences they had on jet skis at the time.

This week, the two actors told People magazine at 90s Con in Hartford, Connecticut, that things would sometimes get a bit wild behind the scenes of the hit teen drama when they were filming in Wilmington, North Carolina.

“A couple of the guys on the crew had boats and you know we had the guest stars come in and the writers come in every episode and we would take them out on the water on the weekends,” Smith, who played Jack McPhee, recalled. “We’d stop and eat crab in the morning yet. And we’d fill up the boats with whatever we needed. We would barbecue out on the island. We all had jet skis.”

I don't know how many of you watched Dawson's Creek when you were growing up, but it is an iconic teen drama from late 90s early 2000s that had a huge following, so chances are some of you watched the coming-of-age drama. You don't have to admit it if you don't want to! I'm not going to admit it.

Joshua Jackson has broken our teen hearts all over again by saying he doesn't think there will ever be a Dawson's Creek reunion series.

He told The Wrap it would be too difficult to do because one of the main characters - Michelle Williams's Jen Lindley - was killed off at the end.

The episode is entitled, "Route 66," and it appears to be very interesting and emotional as Aaron falls out and sees his old flame in the afterlife, and more. In the new "Route 66" episode, Hotch's injury related to his stabbing by the reaper, will end up, putting his life on the line, while the Bau searches for a missing teenager. As Hotch fights for his life due to complications from his stabbing at the hands of George Foyet, a.k.a. “The Reaper,” he is going to experience visions of his late wife, Haley, and his nemesis, Foyet. In the meantime, the Bau will end up, searching for a missing teenager and investigates her estranged father as a suspect in her disappearance.

On Sunday, Drop Dead Diva returns for the remaining five episodes of its fifth season (9 p.m. Et on Lifetime). It’s an episode fans have probably been curious about since creator Josh Berman first teased it: Grayson (Jackson Hurst) is asked to represent a young man who was kicked off an airplane after he refused to open his window because, he claims, he’s a vampire and the sunlight will burn his skin.

“We wanted to find a Diva way in to a bullying story that would not seem like your typical bullying story,” Berman told EW before the season began.

Criminal Minds showrunner Erica Messer can sum up Season 9 in one word: backstories.

"That's our focus this year," she tells TVGuide.com. "We're telling backstories and origin stories. We want to give everybody some insight into our heroes because we give insight to the unsubs every week. We're going to hit 200 [episodes] and it feels like, 'Let's tell the audience things they never knew before.'"

Criminal Minds fans: Do you remember when showrunner Erica Messer teased that one of the agents would be getting a new love interest this season? Well, the speculation can now cease. Former Dirty Sexy Money star Bellamy Young will play Beth, a museum curator who will run into Hotch (Thomas Gibson) while he is training for a triathlon.

Earlier this year, Messer spoke about wanting the widower to get a fresh start after the death of his ex-wife and first love Haley (Meredith Monroe), back in season 5. Messer also said that Hotch has been 'going through the motions' for a while now and she would like to see him smile once again. Will Young's Beth be the one to bring a little light back into this single father's life or will their relationship merely be a stepping stone to a happier Agent Hotchner?...

This, ladies and gentlemen, is the show I have been missing since the premiere. This is Hawaii Five-0 (TV), back together, working as a team with carguments and big guns and Steve with his control issues. This episode was chocked full of character development, moments of extremely well-done emotion and a case that didn't overshadow those points. Three words: thank you, Show. I needed this. The University of Hawaii girl's volleyball team is tearing up the court. Their coach, Brian Scartelli (Joe Toro) gets his congratulatory Gatorade bath in the locker room, and then gets the not-so-congratulatory knife to the throat. Apparently university volleyball coaches are not supposed to have washboard abs and killer pecs and live. Kamekona (Taylor Wily) is busy with his shrimp truck, and also making hilarious *eyebrows* at Malia (Reiko Aylesworth), you know, Chin's (Daniel Dae Kim) ex-fiancé? It seems the two of them have been seeing each other again.

Meredith Monroe is on her way to Bluebell.

The former Dawson's Creek star, who has since appeared on episodes of Psych, NCIS and The Closer, will appear on at least one episode of Hart of Dixie later this year.

In what capacity? That must remain a secret for now, but TV Line teases the character as a "very important former Bluebell resident" with ties to already-established individuals in town. Our educated guess, based on our recent interview with Wilson Bethel?

Monroe will portray Wade's ex-wife.

We wish we could fill you in on when you can expect to see her and how she pops back up in the tiny town, but it’s too good to spoil just yet.

The Asylum is ready to spread more of their mental illness with their film Born Bad. This latest horror flick is from director Jared Cohn (Revenants) and stars Meredith Monroe, Bonnie Dennison, Michael Welch, Gerald Webb and Bill Oberst Jr. In the film, much like 1996's Fear, an innocent girl brings home a seemingly charming boyfriend. However, this new beau is more serial killer than companion. Strangely, both Fear and Born Bad share similar plot points and The Asylum is known for knocking off big blockbusters. This reviewer has not seen the film, so horror fans will have to make the final call when Born Bad releases on DVD November 8th. Enjoy or throw stones at the film's trailer below.

A second former resident of the "Lost" island is headed to "Hawaii Five-0" this season.

Tania Raymonde, known to Dharma-philes as Alex Rousseau, will guest-star in an episode later this fall, EW reports. She'll be playing a married pro volleyball athlete who's having an affair with her coach.

Raymonde's guest turn will be in the same episode as that of "Dawson's Creek" alum Meredith Monroe, who's playing a teammate caught up in a kidnapping plot.

While Raymonde is on set she'll get to former "Lost" regular Daniel Dae Kim, who stars on "Five-0," and possibly Terry O'Quinn has a significant recurring arc this season, beginning with Monday's (Sept. 19) premiere.

Raymonde has lately been starring in MTV's comedy "Death Valley." Her credits also include "Malcolm in the Middle" and "Cold Case."...

With Daniel Dae Kim already a series regular, and Terry O'Quinn stopping for an extended arc on season two, Tania Raymonde has now been cast as a guest star on Hawaii Five-o.

The actress portrayed Alex Rousseau on Lost and will be seen on this CBS hit as Trisha, a married woman involved in a triangle between her husband and the volleyball coach with whom she's having an affair.

Entertainment Weekly reports that Meredith Monroe will appear in the same episode.

Greg Grunberg will join his former "Heroes" co-star Masi Oka (who's now a regular) in an episode, and separately, Meredith Monroe ("Dawson's Creek") will play a perp/victim in another episode.

Grunberg and Monroe join a roster of guest stars/recurring actors that also includes Terry O'Quinn, Tom Sizemore, Autumn Reeser and "NCIS: Los Angeles" star Daniela Ruah, who's doing a crossover episode.

Grunberg will play an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent who works with Five-0 when a fellow agent is killed, TVLine reports. Executive producer Peter Lenkov tells the site that Grunberg will have a scene with Oka's quirky coroner, Max, to close the "Heroes" circle.
