The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) understands that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) can be unpredictable in the business world, yet her love for her son shines through as she firmly believes in his potential to lead a thriving company. This conviction is precisely why she appointed him to head Abbott-Chancellor in the first place.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Is She Really Ready To Hand Over The Company?
Jill initially brought him into the conglomerate to ensure she had a say among the Winters family, who were the original members of ‘Winters-Chancellor’.
However, Jill is acutely aware of just how cunning and manipulative Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) can be; she has known him for years, and not just from the business.
Their relationship extends beyond business; there’s a romantic history there as well-this was during the 1990s when she was...

Young and the Restless (Y&r) spoilers indicate the show has been laying the groundwork for Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) return.
Not only did Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) mention it while talking about wedding dates to Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James), but it was also stated during the Wednesday, August 14 episode when Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) returned to Genoa City and met up with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters), as well as Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) for an impromptu lunch at Society.
Everyone seems very excited about Ashley returning home; however, upon her comeback, will people question her recovery?

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, August 13, put Jack and Nikki in the position of defending their turf. Nobody is particularly pleased to hear that.
Family Name
Lily (Christel Khalil) gave in and allowed Billy (Jason Thompson) to add Abbott to the Chancellor company logo. For Jill’s (Jess Walton) sake, Billy claimed. Yeah…Jack (Peter Bergman) isn’t buying it. For one thing, Jack knows that John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) was just one of Jill’s many husbands.
Yes, she was an Abbott. But that was several husbands ago. Jill has no claim to that name anymore. Yes, Abbott is Billy’s last name. But it’s also part of Jabot. The international business community knows that Abbott means the Jabot family, and Billy sticking it on Chancellor suggests an endorsement the Abbot family did not grant. Billy can’t just throw the family name around like that.

Young and the Restless (Y&r) spoilers suggest that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) moved mountains to boot Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) out of Glissade.
She had a secret investor in Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) that helped her achieve this; however, now that she’s served her purpose for the Moustache, will he boot her out?
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman’s Master Plan
Y&r spoilers suggest that Victor’s purchase of Glissade was more than just a business investment. It was a piece of a puzzle to bring Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
One part of this is to create some major competition for Jabot, and potentially dismantle John Abbott’s (Jerry Douglas) legacy.
However, another big element in all this is to get Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to jump ship to Newman Enterprises, as Glissade now hangs under the conglomerate’s umbrella.

The Young and The Restless (Y&r) spoilers and updates tease it’s been a few years since Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) acted like sworn enemies.

Young and the Restless (Y&r) spoilers note that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is hiding a massive secret from his entire family, and if they ever found out, they’d be horrified.
Victor organized it so that “everyone” thought Jordan (Colleen Zenk) drowned after falling off a bridge into a river. Meanwhile, he has her stashed in a private jail cell in the basement of the Newman Ranch. Guess he’s following the old saying, “Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.”

The Young and the Restless is continuing to celebrate the show’s golden anniversary (the show turned 50 in March) with a special episode honoring the late Jerry Douglas’ character John Abbott. Even though Douglas appeared in scenes as Jack’s (Peter Bergman) conscience up until 2016, the show was never the same after John was killed off a decade earlier. Y&r invited Kym Douglas, Jerry’s widow, to appear in the episode, set to air Thursday, June 22, as Zelda, a woman with ties to the Abbott family, Traci (Beth Maitland) in particular. Kym Douglas is familiar to TV viewers from her appearances as a regular correspondent on both Ellen, where she was friends with the late Stephen “tWitch” Boss, and the Hallmark Channel series Home & Family. Kym, a breast cancer survivor, has suffered a lot of loss these last few years both personally and professionally. However, she keeps an upbeat...

Coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the long-running soap, The Young and the Restless will honor the legacy of the late Jerry Douglas with a special episode featuring his actress wife, Kym Douglas, as a brand new character. In this special episode, slated to air June 22, there will be classic flashbacks of Douglas’ John Abbott, the wealthy chairman of Jabot Cosmetics and patriarch of the Abbott family. According to CBS, the late actor’s wife will portray Zelda Wilford, someone who shares a special connection to the Abbott family. When John Abbott first joined the series, he was a single father helping his children, Jack, Ashley, and Traci, navigate adulthood. In later years, his character married Jill Foster, had another son, Billy, and was involved in many romantic entanglements with his estranged ex-wife, Dina Mergeron. The Munsters are, by design, a comedic reinvention of the classic monsters – Herman is Frankenstein’s monster, Lily is a vampire, Grandpa is Count Dracula, and Eddie is a werewolf – but other interpretations of iconic creatures occasionally made appearances.
Before TV’s first family of fright returns in Rob Zombie’s The Munsters, let’s look back at six classic monsters that have appeared in The Munsters Universe up to this point.
Creature from the Black Lagoon
Despite only appearing on screen for about a minute and a half, Uncle Gilbert is perhaps the most memorable member of the Munsters’ extended family. The reason is simple: he’s the Gill-man from the Creature from the Black Lagoon franchise.
In “Love Comes to Mockingbird Heights”, Uncle Gilbert sends the family 180,000 worth of gold doubloons from the old country for safekeeping until he arrives to visit. This inciting incident sets the plot in motion,...

It’s a collection of 6 — count ’em Six — horror and sci-fi curiosities from the ’40s and ’50s, aimed straight at covetous fantasy film addicts. Wacky scripts, strange characterizations and poverty row production values are on view, but the fine transfers reveal professional cinematography and occasional impressive direction. The films are definitely of their time — the censor-inhibited 1940s pictures rely on spooky situations because they can’t show blood or too much violence. And a pair of low-end B&w ‘scope thrillers from the ‘fifties drive-in era do more with less, cutting corners in interesting ways. Viavision anoints the shows with expert commentaries and a couple of real surprises: an entire extra feature and a rare 1950s TV show.

It’s smooth noir sailing with this polished noir from Universal-International and its choice cast of pros — Edmond O’Brien, Ella Raines and William Bendix, plus Vincent Price doing an excellent turn as a Machiavellian businessman, a ‘frame’ expert with a side specialty in double-dealing. Director Michael Gordon earns an early credit at Universal-International with a nice look: almost all exteriors are richly photographed nighttime scenes. Ella Raines is particularly good — despite the cover illustration, she’s not a femme fatale, just a cautious independent woman.

Happy Friday and weekend, "Young And The Restless" fans. We hope you guys are having a great Friday so far. We are back on here to let you guys know what is next in the repeat episode line up for "The Young And The Restless" when this Monday, June 8, 2020 rolls around. It turns out that CBS is going to go way, way back into their 1986 stash of old episodes for this one. That's right, guys. CBS is going to re-air the episode that first debuted way, way back on Friday, July 18, 1986. It featured Victor and Ashley having a very romantic moment together when Victor decided to romance her. Nikki and Matt were featured in this episode. Nikki had a good time when she got wined and dined by Matt. Joanna and John Abbott also had an interesting time when Joanna threw a lot of charm in John Abbott's direction.

Here’s a look at Paramount Pictures’ SuperBowl TV commercial for the upcoming A Quiet Place Part II.
We will finally get the answers to many questions from the chilling first movie – how quickly did the aliens wipe out most of humanity, what happened on Day One during the initial invasion and subsequent panic and to what lengths did John Abbott go to protect his family and home.
Part I was one of the best horror and most unexpected blockbusters to hit the cinemas in recent years. I’m hoping we’ll be shown where the idea came from to lay sand on the ground as a means to keep their foot steps silent. The innovative story of this post-apocalyptic world was so...

Peter Bergman is back at the Daytime Emmys, which is hardly new. He has earned his 22nd Best Actor nomination, his 21st for playing Jack Abbott on “The Young and the Restless” (his other nomination was for his prior work on “All My Children”). He is by far the most nominated actor in the history of this category, but he has only one three times previously, in 1991, 1992, and 2003.
Although the Daytime Emmys have not released the drama acting reels to the public this year, they have been made available to the press. Let’s take a look at Bergman’s submission below.
