When most fans think of the reality TV competition show America's Got Talent, they envision successful former winners and the famous and rich judges. However, there is a lot about the show that fans rarely know or think about. For example, fans rarely consider the rules that have to be followed, the fact that winners don't get $1 million, and the show's behind-the-scenes scandals.

Unfortunately for one of the people who worked behind-the-scenes, Sharon Osbournes makeup artist, his experience on the show went awry. After suffering a life-changing injury due to alleged negligence on the show's set, Sharon Osbournes makeup artist sued the show's producers.

Sharon Osbourne is blasting NBC -- calling the network a "disgrace" for ignoring a makeup artist who allegedly suffered serious injuries on the set of "America's Got Talent."We broke the story ... Sharon's former makeup artist Jude Alcala is suing the Peacock, claiming he fell through a hole in the "Agt" set -- breaking his femur and damaging his shoulder. Now, Sharon is going on the attack on Jude's behalf ... telling TMZ, "[It's] the worst stage in the entire world.

You know Sharon Osbourne is loving this -- TMZ has learned her former "America's Got Talent" makeup artist is now suing her arch-nemesis ... insisting it's Agt's fault he suffered a nasty workplace accident.Jude Alcala -- who did makeup for 'Agt' in 2012 (including Sharon's) -- filed the lawsuit against NBC as well as producers Syco Entertainment and FremantleMedia, claiming he accidentally stepped into a hole in the stage last June ... and fell 6 feet, permanently injuring himself.

Giving props to the hottest shows and stars rocking the airwaves during the day, the 2013 Daytime Emmy Awards nominees were just unveiled.

And the top nod-getter this year is “The Young and The Restless” with 23 chances at glory, while “General Hospital” nabbed 19 mentions.

“Days of Our Lives” and “Sesame Street” both tied for third place thanks to 17 nominations each, and there are plenty of other big names on the list as well.

The 2013 Daytime Emmy Awards will take place on June 16th. The nominees are:
