- He was the dancing partner of Bambi Linn, who acted and danced the role of Louise in the original 1945 Broadway stage production of "Carousel". Mr. Alexander would later choreograph the film version of the show, but Agnes de Mille, who choreographed the stage version, would receive credit in the film for "Louise's Ballet".
