More than three dozen local television stations owned by Gray Media have started airing an afternoon newscast from the company’s national news service Local News Live.
The one-hour newscast features stories aggregated from Gray Media’s local newsrooms across the country and the company’s Washington, D.C. bureau. A total of 37 Gray Media stations are airing the one-hour program in the afternoons, the company said in a statement.
The show offered to local TV stations is hosted by Debra Alfarone, the anchor of Local News Live and Gray Media’s national correspondent.
