FBI season 7, episode 4 introduces a potential new replacement for Tiffany Wallace when Syd Ortiz joins the team. Tiffany left the FBI season 7 cast after the season premiere, explaining that she was moving to Georgia to work in her sister's cafe and regain her peace of mind. While FBI justified writing Tiffany out, their explanations for why Scola's new partners keep leaving aren't nearly as clear.
