Manfred Barthel was born on 24 February 1924 in Chemnitz, Germany. He was a writer and producer, known for The Castle of Fu Manchu (1969), Es wird alles wieder gut (1957) and Mysteries of the Gods (1976). He died on 18 October 2007 in Munich, Germany.
