Nathaniel Bellamy Jr.
Nathaniel Bellamy Jr.'s Hollywood career took off in 1988 with a non-union extra role in a car commercial, earning him a whopping $40. In 1990, he landed a stand-in job for Kevin Peter Hall in Predator 2, starring Danny Glover. This role also secured Nate's first SAG contract for a stunt in the same film. During the Predator 2 shoot, Nate simultaneously began working on his first Soul Train Music Awards show in the Talent Credentials Department. Over the years, he contributed to seven of the 19 Soul Train Music Awards shows, culminating in the 2005 show.

In the summer of 1995, Nate embarked on a new project, Space Jam, as a technical advisor and basketball coordinator. This Warner Bros. Pictures release starred Michael Jordan and Bugs Bunny. Beyond coordinating duties, Nate also handled casting and collaborated with the Warner Bros. Pictures payroll department, Nate was no longer working for $40 a day.

Nate collaborated closely with Joe Pytka (Director), Ivan Rietman (Producer, renowned for Animal House and Ghostbusters), Bruce Smith and Tony Cervone (Directors of Animation), and Bob Jones Cinesite (Special Effects) on every aspect of the basketball scenes in the film. Space Jam holds the record for the highest-grossing basketball film of all time, with a worldwide box office gross of $250 million, DVD and video sales exceeding $500 million, and licensing fees rights worth $250 million. The film's soundtrack, featuring the Grammy-winning hit 'I Believe I Can Fly' by R. Kelly, achieved platinum certification, selling over six million copies. To date, Space Jam has generated a staggering six billion dollars in total revenues. In addition to these achievements, Nate coordinated pick-up basketball games with All-Star NBA players at the legendary Jordan Dome after each day of shooting on Space Jam, as an assistant to Tim Grover (ATTACK Athletics), Michael Jordan's personal trainer.

In 2012, Nate, a multi-talented filmmaker, wrote, directed, and produced the Renaissance Men short video. This captivating documentary chronicles the Harlem Rens' remarkable 1939 professional basketball championship, narrated by the legendary Danny Glover. Throughout his illustrious career spanning from 1992 on-wards, Nate has consistently demonstrated his versatility by coordinating, casting, and providing technical expertise on over 100 television commercials. These commercials have left an indelible mark on popular culture, featuring renowned directors such as Michael Bay, David Fincher, Spike Lee, and Joe Pytka. Among his notable works are the iconic 1992 Nike Hare Jordan commercial, Spike Lee's 1992 controversial Nike Urban Jungle Gym, the global phenomenon Nike Freestyle 2001, and the groundbreaking Gatorade 23 vs. 39 2002 spot featuring the legendary Michael Jordan.
